When we arrived in Costa Rica, we were warmly greeted by a representative from the tour operator. The transfers from one destination to the next were seamless. We were completely blown away with the accommodations and excursions. Our local representative was our point of contact during the trip. She was super-friendly and very responsive. We really had no hiccups during our trip. There isn't one thing that I can think of that went wrong.
