Zicasso's travel agents did an awesome job listening to our travel preferences and crafting an unforgettable trip for our family. We received several options for accommodations and experiences from their trusted partners, which were all incredible. Their team thought of everything and frequently checked in on us throughout the trip, providing dining recommendations and suggestions for slight changes in the travel schedule.

It was so nice to enjoy the trip and to know all of the details had been meticulously thought through and were managed behind the scenes. There was something for all of us: adventure, history, unforgettable experiences (swimming with sharks and sea turtles, reeling in lots of big fish, the ATM cave and Monkey River, and the private island resort we stayed at were all highlights!).

We loved our trip. Zicasso's travel specialist did an awesome job of listening to what we wanted ahead of time and tailoring the itinerary to that.

We had one very minor issue where a tour was running late to pick us up and we were able to get in touch with him easily to make sure we were still on track, which he confirmed as they arrived. We'll reach out to them for sure when it's time to go back.

Zicasso’s travel agency did an incredible job with our trip to Panama, a very special place to travel. 

Our agent listened to our preferences and accommodated them in every detail, starting with our selection of locales: Panama City, Boquete, and Bocas del Torre. 

We were well taken care of at every turn, starting with being met at the gate and escorted through customs. We had private tours for every activity, with excellent guides and drivers. Our hotels were all lovely and special. Our agent surprised us with special extras several times. I would highly recommend this tour company.

We had an unbelievably great trip! Everything went smoothly, was already lined up by Zicasso's tour company, and communication was excellent. The private drivers between locations were excellent and very informative. We could not have asked for a better experience!

We had a great time. The travel arrangements were seamless, which was impressive given the number of arrangements that had to be made. The drivers and hotel staff were efficient and courteous. We had some wonderful guides. All the hotels had lovely grounds. The room at the hotel in La Fortuna was wonderful.

I have traveled extensively around the world with various companies. I think Zicasso's tour company may be the best. They were very responsive and flexible to the changes I needed to make during the trip and the concierge they assigned to me in Belize was awesome.
