This was our first experience with Zicasso and using our agency to assist in planning, scheduling, and supporting us throughout our trip to Argentina. We requested private drivers for most of the trip and needed in-county flights to visit various cities. The support to accomplish all this was flawless.
The time in Mendoza was wonderful, visiting a number of wineries for tours, tasting, and lunch most days, again thoughtfully procured by them. We especially appreciated our support person while in-country. She reached out to us frequently to make sure all was going to plan and was easy to reach when we had questions.
