Zicasso’s travel specialist and our guide took great care of us. We were two friends traveling through Chile and everything was managed with professionalism and thoughtful consideration. We had great hotels, great excursions, and on-time transfers booked. Everything ran smoothly, and when we had some travel delays, everything was taken care of for us. The boutique hotels he arranged for us in Iguazú, Buenos Aires, El Chalten, Calafate, Puerto Natales, and Santiago were very nice and in walkable areas, with many nearby restaurants and stores.
The transfers to and from airports to hotels made us feel like VIPs, especially the first-class van ride from Calafate to Puerto Natales. Guides all had good command of English and were very knowledgeable and helpful, particularly in helping us get through immigration as we travelled between countries. A special shout-out to our guide in Buenos Aires and our guide in Santiago for going above and beyond.

Better than this, they still provided assistance to us after our time with them had finished, but we were still traveling.
