This tour company did an excellent job of understanding our needs and helping us every step of the way, from initial contact and throughout our trip.  They chose excellent drivers and guides, and continually checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly.  When   we missed a connection because of a delayed flight they advised suppliers and rescheduled drivers and guides.  Special commendation to our agent who gave us months of personal attention and made it possible for us to get a taste of several regions during a short two week vacation and the travel specialist who met with us and acted as our  hostess for the trip.  I highly recommend both the trip planner and Zicasso for putting us in contact with them.  Shirley S.

It was a great trip. This trip started as an idea to do a jaguar safari and we ended up including Rio de Janeiro and the Amazon as well. We really enjoyed the entire trip.

This was our second time working with this Zicasso travel partner (Argentina in 2018) and our positive experience the first time was a part of the reason we chose to work with them again.

Our travel agent has always been really helpful and just great to work with. He knows the region well and gives excellent advice. Zicasso's travel consultant planned the perfect itinerary for our family trip to Peru. She really listened to the types of experiences we wanted to have and absolutely delivered on everything she planned. All of our travel logistics went smoothly, with no issues, hiccups, or delays. She was also very responsive prior to our trip and the few times we reached out during our travels. And the app she used was extremely intuitive and helpful. We would give this a 4.5-star rating. Overall, our trip was very enjoyable and went smoothly. We would recommend the services of this Zicasso travel company for arranging a trip to Patagonia. The logistics were well taken care of and the tour guides were all knowledgeable and personable. Communication during the planning phase and during the trip was easy. We spent three nights each in Santiago, Torres del Paine, El Calafate, Bariloche, and Buenos Aires.

Overall, everything was great. We had wonderful tour guides who were knowledgeable and helpful. There was a nationwide power outage while we were in Santiago, which was a little scary, but our tour guide was very helpful with this. 

I think my one complaint (which is probably more something we should've taken into consideration while reviewing the itinerary) was that the agenda was pretty jam-packed, leaving little time for rest, especially after the W trek, which was amazing, but tiring. I think I would've had a little more downtime after that. Otherwise, everything was fabulous. We appreciate it!

Zicasso’s travel advisor was very receptive to our needs for schedule changes and shifts. Every aspect of the trip went very well and as planned. Our guide was amazing and did such a great job of keeping us safe, including shifting some things around when we had an emergency. The agency also took care of the emergency really well, putting us at ease.

The only reason I gave four stars (I would have given 4.5) is that our contact person in Chile was out of the office for most of our trip and we were given an emergency number. We did have to call the emergency number and the response was great, but it was a bit frustrating that we were given a contact who was out of the office for pretty much the whole trip and we didn't quite have a face to this person or a relationship with them. Of course, everything was taken care of, so no issues.

This was the most worry-free three-week trip I have ever done. The itinerary and planning suggestions were spot-on, which meant there was very little help required.
