We have used Zicasso several times now. They always provide tailored trips that match your desires and interests. They also always alert you to local culture, tipping, and weather. My family truly enjoyed the trip to Chile that Zicasso’s travel company planned and using WhatsApp to contact them along the way was truly invaluable.

Overall, the trip from planning to execution was great. The planning was customized as per my requirements and very flexible. During the trip, we had 24/7 support and there was always someone to take care of things. We could not have done Argentina without their help. Very good service. Highly recommended.

Words cannot express our appreciation to Zicasso's travel specialist and the travel company. The trip they arranged for our multigenerational family of 13 was superb and the entire team was great.
Most importantly, however, one of our middle-generation family members suffered an aneurysm while on the trip and has been in a coma in Buenos Aires. Our travel specialist and the team quickly rearranged parts of the trip to keep the younger generation distracted. They have been with us constantly with compassion as we deal with this very traumatic situation, helping us with the hospital, doctors, and translating. I do not know what we would have done without them.

Our travel specialist put together a bucket-list trip for us. The itinerary was perfect and the accommodations were unique and first-rate. We never would have found them on our own. We are an active group and they kept us busy with unique hikes and tours. We especially enjoyed the Six Senses Tour with our guide in Quito. We loved the attention to detail, including the airport pickups and drop-offs. We wouldn't have made it out of Quito to the Galápagos without their help. This is the fifth time we have used Zicasso for a major trip and we have never been disappointed.

The trip was first class. The accommodations were very good and the guides and drivers were always on time, friendly, and very helpful. I found it very easy to get in touch with Zicasso’s tour operator if I had an issue or needed to change something. They were very accommodating and responsive.

Zicasso’s travel company spent a lot of time with me revising the trip to fit as much of Patagonia into as short a time as possible for my family. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and communication were excellent. They were also very responsive when we had questions or issues arise while we were on the trip.

Fabulous is the word that comes to mind. From the very beginning of the planning process to the end of our trip we felt in good hands. Zicasso’s travel specialist, our direct contact, and her team, including the travel company’s principal, were one text away when we needed them for last-minute reservations at restaurants, tickets to events, or minor changes to our itinerary. In Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Iguazú, the local drivers, guides, and hotel operators were true professionals in every sense of the word.

We received excellent service. Zicasso’s travel specialist was exceptional and took care of all flight check-ins. She contacted us daily in the afternoon to touch base. We will definitely use their services again. It was a pleasure and the travel company made this a 9.5-out-of-10 experience!
