We have used Zicasso several times now. They always provide tailored trips that match your desires and interests. They also always alert you to local culture, tipping, and weather. My family truly enjoyed the trip to Chile that Zicasso’s travel company planned and using WhatsApp to contact them along the way was truly invaluable.

They actually care about you and your trip. For a trip this big, things are going to go wrong or change, and Zicasso’s travel company did a great job of making things work, with awesome support. Better than this, they still provided assistance to us after our time with them had finished, but we were still traveling. They are a genuine company and it was very satisfying to deal with them... great job!

The planning process was excellent... Zicasso’s travel specialist listened to what kinds of things we liked to do and gave us a nice suggested itinerary. My husband and I like to wander versus having a set daily schedule, so this allowed many opportunities to just do our own thing.
The concierge on the ground was amazing... she communicated via a messaging app and it was very helpful and reassuring.
The accommodations were superb!!!!!!!
The rental car process was perfect as well; it was easy to return the car with the directions provided.
Overall, Uruguay was a dream vacation! We had a blast and we appreciate all involved in making this a reality!

It was tailored perfectly, never too little or too much time in one location, so we were able to experience Argentina, Chile, and Antarctica to their fullest, based on our time frame. She was in continuous contact with us every day of our 16-day trip, making sure everything was in order, sending us our boarding passes for our flights in advance, alerting us to any changes, and attending to our every need, while answering all our questions.
