My husband, four adult children, and I had such a wonderful family trip! We worked with our Zicasso tour operator and she was extremely proactive, thorough, and responsive. Within a day or so after our initial introductory conversation, she sent a proposed itinerary, which was a great jumping-off point for planning. Even though we were extremely slow to book and the busy travel season was upon us, she never pressured us, and instead made suggestions to plan the best trip possible.

Once in Colombia, the travel team stayed in touch with us every step of the way through WhatsApp, including sending us boarding passes for our in-country flights. They even left us a wonderful gift at the hotel as a memento of our trip. I would highly recommend our travel company to plan any Colombia trip!

Overall, I believe the travel agency did a good job of setting everything up. All the guides showed up on time and ensured we reached our scheduled destinations. The hotels were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a positive trip and I would recommend using this travel company.

Our Zicasso travel agent listened to our wish list and made our trip happen just as we had asked. She asked the right questions and got to know us and what kind of experience we were looking for. We appreciated her partnership with the tour operator in Peru who put everything together and made our trip exceptional. The guides and staff were great – very informative and helpful. Our guide for five days in the Sacred Valley, Cusco, Machu Picchu, and Rainbow Mountain was a delight and we enjoyed his stories about growing up in the area. Overall, the trip was a great experience.

Our Zicasso tour company arranged a truly exceptional trip for us, enabling us to enjoy the bustle of Buenos Aires and the spectacular beauty of Patagonia in less than two weeks.

Our requests were accommodated as best as possible in the context of a busy travel season there. The hotels were great, the guides professional and knowledgeable, and all the private adventures exceeded our expectations.

Communication was somewhat of a challenge. Our travel agent was very responsive throughout the trip, but I never heard directly from drivers or guides, despite assurance they would contact me. I raised this every day, but none of them connected with me. Rather, they chose to communicate with one of the men traveling in our group. I suppose it's a gender bias thing, but it was annoying. Nonetheless, everything went as planned and without a hitch. The drivers and guides showed up exactly when scheduled and the whole itinerary was fulfilled to the letter.

Our Zicasso travel agent was wonderful! From the first interaction we had with her, we felt heard, seen, and understood. She responded to our wants and offered guidance when we wavered. We would have never considered a mountain-bike ride and absolutely loved getting muddy. Each guide, in Lima and the Andes, was personable and knowledgeable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish!

We decided to travel to Peru very last minute. I had previously used Zicasso and was very pleased with their service, so we decided to do it again. They put us in contact with our travel company in Peru. Our agent and his team immediately responded and listened to everything I would like my trip to include. He sent me the proposal very quickly. It was very informative, organized, and complete. It covered all the areas we wanted to visit.

Once in Peru, we were met by incredible guides and drivers throughout our journey. Our travel agent organized our journey in a manner that we would be acclimated to the altitude and it was great. We had no issues at all. We were able to visit the highest point on our itinerary, Rainbow Mountain, without any health concerns. All the tour guides were amazing and very friendly. Peru is a must-visit country. The people, the food, the sites are all amazing and memorable!

The app "trip plans" outlining each aspect of the trip were very helpful, but not definitive enough in terms of activities. The planning was good, but could have been more detailed regarding each day's activities.

We were two couples traveling to Argentina and Chile, predominantly in Patagonia. We had a great three-week trip, including a four-day cruise around Cape Horn and multiple domestic flights and transfers.

Zicasso’s travel agent helped us put together our custom itinerary and arranged all accommodations, guides, and transfers. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the planning process and the trip, and did an outstanding job arranging all the logistics.

We were contacted by text by each individual subcontractor one day prior to any transfer. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Every transfer was exactly on time and everything in what was a complicated three-week itinerary went like clockwork. Boarding passes for domestic flights were provided the day prior to the flights. All the guides provided were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The accommodations were mostly excellent.

Overall, our travel agent did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Patagonia and Argentina.
