Communication and organization was great for our trip.We had extreme weather interfere with our flights and original itinerary and they helped to adjust our trip to offset our delayed arrival. It made a very stressful situation so much easier! The fast responses from our travel agency helped to make changes quickly. Our private transport communicated the night previous to pick up each day and the tours/activities were amazing! Our original itinerary said we were responsible to purchase our tickets to Magdalena Island. We did not realize until the night before that these tickets sell well in advance. We were pleasantly surprised to find our tickets were already purchased for us, but any traveler who needs to purchase their own should be warned to do so in advance so as not to sell out. For a future traveler, I would offer more details about the Torres Del Paine trek. The sleeping bags were not pleasant smelling, so preparing a traveler to consider buying their own or bringing febreze may be helpful. Also, an extra warning to double check the Refugio accommodation on the final email sent the night before departure. An assumption that things are how you previously thought put us in a situation with no food or dinner due to our arriving at the incorrect Refugio.

We loved working with a local, eco-friendly travel company for our week-long trip to Rio de Janiero and the Amazon. Our travel designer was able to provide us with answers to all our questions, as well and provide top-notch drivers, guides and hotels. We were met at the airport by a driver and a guide who spoke great English, transferred to a great hotel (and room) overlooking Copacabana Beach -- and the travel designer had arranged for us to check in to our room at 7 am! After an overnight flight, this was very much appreciated. We kept the same driver and guide later that day for a leisurely tour of the Botanical Garden and Park Luje. A lovely way to de-stress after a long, long day of travel. We were suppose to do a helicopter tour late this afternoon, but when the clouds rolled in to cover the views, our guide made alternate plans for the next morning. Again we were promptly picked up by the same driver and guide, and taken directly to the heliport for a fantastic helicopter tour (arranged by our designer, of course). Then we were taken to a clinic for Covid tests (required to stay in the Amazon) on our way to the airport to catch our flight. The travel designer arranged all flights & transfers: Rio to Manaus, overnight stay, then Manaus to Tefe where we had a transfer by boat to our Amazon lodge. The small lodge she recommended was delightful. At the end of our stay she arranged for boat transfer and airline flights with all the necessary transfers. We were delighted to have booked thru our travel designer because she made sure all our guides and transfers had English speakers, which were immensely helpful in hotel and airport check ins, etc.The travel company made our trip stress free and allowed us to see, experience, and learn so much about Brazil thanks to her knowledge and her staff's quality assistance. We would highly recommend the travel company and won't hesitate to use them again for our next trip to Brazil.

We had a wonderful experience in Colombia thanks to Brian and his team at the travel agency. We traveled to Colombia for a destination wedding in Cartagena, and after several delightful discussions by FaceTime with Brian we decided to extend our vacation and travel to Medellin and Santa Marta as well. Drivers were there when we arrived at the airport and brought us quickly to the hotel. During the remainder of the trip, all connections and drivers were punctual and polite. After we flew to Medellin we were picked up by our guide who brought us to meet a sillatero (flower carrier) and to hear about the history of the flower trade in Colombia. We then went to a working farm where we learned how the flowers and food were grown and harvested. There was a clear intent to respect the people who were showing us their lives. We then went to Brian's resort outside of Medellin and it was beautiful and peaceful. We were so impressed with the commitment to sustainable approaches to the design, building, maintenance and plantings around the hotel. The food was outstanding, creative and delicious, using locally grown products. It was great to meet Santi, the third of the trio of the travel agency.Brian then took us on a tour of Medellin— Brian is a special guide, so intelligent and capable with a unique perspective as an American who chose to relocate to Colombia. We then took a salsa dancing lesson before finishing up with a terrific cooking lesson with Brian's wife who was lovely.During our stay at the resort we also did a rum tasting and a chocolate tasting tutorial which we enjoyed quite a bit. Finally, we flew to Santa Marta and were met by our co-guides. They were terrific guides, worked well together, and took us to some really cool spots in Tayrona National Park. They even improvised to give us a roadside fruit tasting tutorial which was really fun. Along the way, we enjoyed some in depth discussions with our guides, and we felt a personal connection with them when we said goodbye at the airport. Overall, we would recommend the team from the travel company highly, for a personalized and flexible travel experience.

Victoria and her team went beyond our expectations. This was absolutely a trip of a lifetime with my son and myself. There was no detail over a look and no question when an answered in a timely manner we had a packed agenda for our eight day trip and everything went so smooth. We were met at each airport by staff. Hotel accommodations were fabulous. Our guide from Machu Picchu the sacred valley was one of the most educated passionate people that we ever met. Our tour of the market in Cusco and cooking class was a wonderful way to end the trip. Several days in the so smooth.

I was in contact with Jason at this travel company over 6 months ago regarding a trip to South America. He asked me questions, what countries, any specific things I wanted to experience, so I told him. Peru-Machu Picchu seeing the Amazon Forests. Argentina-Buenos Aires, go see the gaucho's and experience a barbecue and see Iguazu Falls. It's an unbelievable site to see, especially for an extra fee we went on a helicopter ride over them, what a view. The next day we saw the falls again but on the Brazilian side, a completely different view and we could go on the walking paths close enough you think you can touch it. The closer you get the water you can be soaked, nice on a hot day.We stayed at a boutique hotel. What was unplanned, was being able to see Argentina's football team play in the World Cup. Naturally I had to get a Messi jersey, with large screens in several parks and of course the bars; there were thousands watching. When they won, everyone was so excited; I got fist bumps and high 5's, I felt a part of it.Finally, it was off to Brazil and Rio, a beautiful city with the long beaches and outdoor vendors, everyone having fun. #1 on my bucket list seeing the statue of Jesus. We stayed at a hotel in Copacabana, a big wow factor, I'd rate it a 10!Bottom line Jason scored the winning goal; everything on my list and more. So happy I found them, memories for a lifetime.

Our travels through Chile and Argentina organized by our travel agency was amazing. We visited the Atacama Desert in the northern part of Chile. Then went on to Patagonia where we spent time doing some hiking and viewing the glaciers. It was a private tour and our accommodations were perfect for us. In smaller towns where we could wander around and observe the local life. Liked being able to stay multiple days in several places so we didn’t have to move everyday. Our guides were all very informative and accommodating.Ignacio and were always very prompt with their responses whenever we had a question before and during the trip. All our pick ups and transfers were always on time. Totally satisfied with this travel company and definitely recommend them.

The travel agency was excellent. One driver was 25 minutes late picking us up for a transfer but this is more a poor reflection on the transportation company used than on the travel agency. Most of the transfer agents used did not greet us with cold water. This is a simple low cost way of welcoming people, like us, that have traveled great distances to bring our business to you.

We loved our trip! It felt so personal and we were taken care of every step of the way. We visited, Buenos Aires, the Pampas region, Mendoza, and Iguazu falls. All our flights went smoothly and we were met each time with an English speaking guide to get us settled at our next stay. All of the different locations offered up great cultural experiences, the hotels that were chosen were wonderful! We can't say enough about the Argentinian people - so so nice!

Our travel company, Alejandro owner agent is exceptional in every way. Our trip was not an easy one to plan. It was 28 days and we wanted to cover 3 countries - Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. From his itinerary design to executing the itinerary was flawless. And there was a lot to get in - Bolivia La Paz and Uyuni Salt flats, Atacama desert, Chile and Patagonia both countries, El Calafate, Mendoza, Iguazu Falls, and Buenos Aires. All transitions, transfers exchanges were perfectly arranged. Our guides and drivers, our hotels and places of stay, restaurants - we are foodies, all so carefully thought out. We had a bit of everything from city life, signifiant cultural discovery, hiking and wilderness exploration. Amazing in every way. He is truly a South American expert- he has traveled to everyone of the places we visited and has first hand knowledge of every place he put us at. He watched over our trip from before we started to the very end - our final departure. He made himself available to us 24 hours. He truly babysat us. He was conscious of tourism safety and made itinerary recommendations when changes were necessary. Planning what you want to see and do is undoubtedly the most difficult part of a trip. Alejandro is an expert at coordinating , planning and execution. It was a thrilling once in a lifetime trip. BTW he provides the same expertise for India too. And probably the most important, besides being the consummate professional and interesting individual exuding hospitality and is an exceptional human being. We fell more in love with him when we had the good fortune to meet him one morning on the last days of our trip.
A plug for Zicasso - our second planned trip using Zicasso. We had previously done another complicated voyage through south east Asia with the same success.
