Zicasso’s travel company and team delivered as promised for a wonderful 10-day trip to Colombia, with in-country service and attention to detail that surpassed expectations. The guides and activities were all excellent, with particular thanks to our guide who managed the longest leg of our trip in Medellín.

Raj and I had an unforgettable trip of a lifetime in Peru! The planning and execution of the itinerary were excellent. Our hotel accommodations were superb as well.

The planning process was excellent... Zicasso’s travel specialist listened to what kinds of things we liked to do and gave us a nice suggested itinerary. My husband and I like to wander versus having a set daily schedule, so this allowed many opportunities to just do our own thing.
The concierge on the ground was amazing... she communicated via a messaging app and it was very helpful and reassuring.
The accommodations were superb!!!!!!!
The rental car process was perfect as well; it was easy to return the car with the directions provided.
Overall, Uruguay was a dream vacation! We had a blast and we appreciate all involved in making this a reality!

They delivered a thoughtful gift to our hotel room and arranged for souvenirs to be available in Cusco. The drivers and tour guides were all exceptional, providing us with a memorable experience.

Our drivers and guides (especially our guide in Patagonia) were great. I loved our accommodations. The Zicasso staff were very attentive and easily accessible.
The only suggestion I have is that the day-to-day itinerary could be more specific. Otherwise, everything was fabulous!
