He listened to our requests during the planning phase and incorporated everything we wanted, while also suggesting many fantastic activities that made our trip incredible. My husband and I travel often. However, this was the first time visiting Argentina and it was amazing, thanks to Zicasso's travel specialist! We visited Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Calafate, Bariloche, and Iguazú. Our agent planned the perfect combination of active experiences with downtime to enjoy the Patagonian views. The hotels he chose were some of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. 
Every detail was executed perfectly. All the pick-ups, excursions, and hotel check-ins were timely. The one time we had an issue with our connecting flight to Iguazú Falls, our agent immediately responded and rebooked us on a later flight. He also ensured our luggage was on the new flight. Not having to worry when things don’t go as planned is priceless. 
I would defiantly use our agent and would recommend him to anyone looking to visit Argentina. He planned a beautiful trip based on our individual preferences and executed it flawlessly!

He communicated regularly and responsively, and the itinerary he created for us in Barcelona and Sevilla was exactly what we were looking for. We felt very special during the entire process and I could not recommend our travel team more for the very knowledgeable and articulate itinerary they created for us to see Spain. This was the best trip we have ever taken and I was there for my 50th birthday.

Zicasso's travel partner put together a great trip for us Buenos Aires, Iguazú, Tilcara, and Salta. Our agent immediately responded to our questions and even quickly got a refund from the rental car company when we downgraded our car at Salta. I will definitely consider them first for any future trips to this region.

It was a fantastic trip overall. Our only issue would be perhaps a few fewer churches? We were a bit "churched out" by Salvador. Other than that, we had great guides and a great itinerary that took us to such wonderful and unique spots.

This was our first experience with Zicasso and using our agency to assist in planning, scheduling, and supporting us throughout our trip to Argentina. The process was quite easy to understand and the agency did a fabulous job of choosing lovely accommodations for each city/town we visited. We requested private drivers for most of the trip and needed in-county flights to visit various cities. The support to accomplish all this was flawless.
The time in Mendoza was wonderful, visiting a number of wineries for tours, tasting, and lunch most days, again thoughtfully procured by them. We especially appreciated our support person while in-country. She reached out to us frequently to make sure all was going to plan and was easy to reach when we had questions. A top-class service and experience! Thank you so much.
