He listened to our requests during the planning phase and incorporated everything we wanted, while also suggesting many fantastic activities that made our trip incredible. We were traveling for five weeks and didn't even have one problem. Every guide, hotel, and flight the travel company booked was great. Ecuador is an amazing country. We had a well-put-together plan and highly recommend adding the Galápagos cruise, in addition to the mainland tour, as both are very different. There is so much to see and do!
