Our recent trip to Costa Rica was absolutely amazing. The trip far exceeded our expectations. Our experience was everything we hoped it would be and more. Zicasso’s travel specialist took the vision I had for celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and turned it into something magical. From start to finish, she was extremely responsive. We had no issues with communication.
When we arrived in Costa Rica, we were warmly greeted by a representative from the tour operator. The transfers from one destination to the next were seamless. We were completely blown away with the accommodations and excursions. Our local representative was our point of contact during the trip. She was super-friendly and very responsive. We really had no hiccups during our trip. There isn't one thing that I can think of that went wrong. It was definitely a trip we will never forget and something we will be talking about for a long time.
