Zicasso’s travel specialist treated me as if I were her only client. There was excellent communication during prepping for vacation, straight through the final day of the trip. The weather became an issue, shutting down many organized adventure tours. She made it possible to iron out cancellations and rebook new tours pretty much every day of our vacation. At one point, she was corresponding with us during her Christmas family dinner. We highly recommend Zicasso.

Zicasso’s tour company created an impeccably planned, well-detailed, and carefully executed bespoke Mayan archaeology tour experience for us. We were in awe of every Mayan site and learned from each of the knowledgeable guides. All accommodations were excellent and the hand-offs from guides and drivers each day were well coordinated.

The days at our lodge in Lamanai were special, with their morning and evening events. Do not miss the chocolate tour or the Belize Zoo.

It was so nice to enjoy the trip and to know all of the details had been meticulously thought through and were managed behind the scenes. There was something for all of us: adventure, history, unforgettable experiences (swimming with sharks and sea turtles, reeling in lots of big fish, the ATM cave and Monkey River, and the private island resort we stayed at were all highlights!).

The trip was exceptionally and thoughtfully planned. The travel company continued to provide updates and check-ins before and during the trip as well, confirming scheduling as needed. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the travel company.

I have traveled extensively around the world with various companies. I think Zicasso's tour company may be the best. They were very responsive and flexible to the changes I needed to make during the trip and the concierge they assigned to me in Belize was awesome.
