He listened to our requests during the planning phase and incorporated everything we wanted, while also suggesting many fantastic activities that made our trip incredible. We were traveling for five weeks and didn't even have one problem. Every guide, hotel, and flight the travel company booked was great. We couldn't be happier with the amazing trip he put together for us and we appreciate his expertise so much! They actually care about you and your trip. For a trip this big, things are going to go wrong or change, and Zicasso’s travel company did a great job of making things work, with awesome support. Better than this, they still provided assistance to us after our time with them had finished, but we were still traveling.
