We were super-happy with the itinerary and the planning of our tour. Our days were well thought out, with enough touring and time to relax and unwind, getting to enjoy the hotels and amenities.  Zicasso’s travel agent and his associates were very helpful and attentive, and dealt with the couple of issues we had very quickly and professionally. We had a water leak in our first hotel room and they dealt with the hotel while we were on our tour.

Everyone at the travel company, their drivers, and guides were very knowledgeable and took great care of us, and we felt safe and secure the whole time we were there. We loved the hotels and appreciated their local knowledge, as we probably wouldn’t have gone otherwise.

The Zicasso travel agent listened so well right from our first interaction. He asked many questions to determine what my family might enjoy best. My daughter had a huge list of places to see and he worked them all in. He suggested routes for driving and they all worked out. His hotel bookings were top-notch and all with fantastic breakfasts! He really did a great job selecting our excursion companies, as they were amazing. Our guide for our glacier hike kept us over an hour longer than expected as did our guide for the lava tubes! We really felt like we got our money’s worth.
