Our trip was incredible. The guides were excellent, especially our guide with 30 years of experience. We were very thankful to have everyone who guided us at the airports, especially in Nairobi, which we would not have been able to get through without their help. The assistance in Zanzibar was very helpful, as one of us did not have a visa yet. We appreciated the guidance and patience from the Zicasso team.

Our trip to Kenya and Tanzania was magnificent. Zicasso’s travel company planned a trip for us that took into consideration all our requests, from seeing Mount Kilimanjaro to visiting camps with open Jeeps for game drives.

They were extremely helpful before the trip when we had an issue with my visa and made sure I had the support I needed from their travel partners on-site.

All of the camps they selected for us were great. They checked in during the trip to make sure everything was going as planned and followed up on our return for any comments we might have had. We can’t say enough good things about this travel company.

She kept in touch with me and the ground operators at every step of the journey itself, ensuring things went smoothly and I received timely information of any changes (typical with African bush flights). The care was particularly reassuring, especially for a woman traveling alone, leaving me confident that all considerations were being attended to and able to fully enjoy the experience free of any concerns about logistics, personal safety, and comfort. I cannot more highly recommend this travel specialist and would not hesitate to engage her services for future travels.

Trip was well organized by Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team. Support in Kenya with my missing luggage was outstanding. Safari tours, city tours, and the respective accommodations more than met our expectations.

We loved everything about the trip! It was definitely a five-star experience! Zicasso’s travel specialist was wonderful. We had to cancel the original trip due to my health, but she was able to work with the travel companies, so we lost less money than we might have. She is very responsive and patient with questions. Her team was able to track down my visa to Tanzania when the other three had already received theirs!
