Zicasso’s travel company was wonderful. The itinerary was great, but required more time in the car than would be ideal. The accommodations they chose were excellent and the restaurants that were included, as well as those suggested, were terrific.

It was the first time we’ve used a travel company and there’s no going back to doing the planning ourselves! Zicasso’s travel specialist designed a trip around our needs and preferences. We enjoyed excellent private tours, wonderful boutique and unique hotels, and many of his recommendations for restaurants and other things to explore. He went above and beyond to check in with us on how it was going, even arranging a takeaway breakfast for our early-morning flight!

Zicasso’s travel partner was an exceptional agency to work with while planning our trip to the French wine regions in the Rhone and Burgundy. Our travel agent listened to what we wanted to do and put together a trip that surpassed anything we could have planned on our own. The app that the agency used for our itinerary, tickets, vouchers, etc., was easy to navigate and kept everything we needed accessible.

We had an amazing time in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotels, transportation, and guides all went very smoothly. Zicasso’s travel specialist was great to work with. Having an expert with local knowledge was very helpful. He also went above and beyond, adjusting our trip itinerary due to severe flooding in Hoi An. He also hosted a welcome dinner at his home, which was a treat.

Zicasso’s travel specialist planned the perfect trip for four people. He listened to our requests during the planning phase and incorporated everything we wanted, while also suggesting many fantastic activities that made our trip incredible. We were traveling for five weeks and didn't even have one problem. Every guide, hotel, and flight the travel company booked was great. We couldn't be happier with the amazing trip he put together for us and we appreciate his expertise so much! I absolutely recommend the travel company for anyone looking at a trip to this amazing part of the world.

They actually care about you and your trip. For a trip this big, things are going to go wrong or change, and Zicasso’s travel company did a great job of making things work, with awesome support. Better than this, they still provided assistance to us after our time with them had finished, but we were still traveling. They are a genuine company and it was very satisfying to deal with them... great job!
