I booked this trip for my mom's 70th birthday last year and, almost a year later, we are still missing Italy! Zicasso’s travel specialist and the team were amazing and really got us booked with all the things we wanted to see and do! She is a great communicator and answered all our questions, and made us feel so comfortable with the process and trip, and we felt well-prepared!

We booked this trip in March/April for an early August vacation. Even with the late notice, our Zicasso travel specialist was able to fit in everything we wanted to do.

Zicasso’s travel company did a phenomenal job planning and executing our trip to Thailand. Our travel specialist paid very close attention to our goals for this trip to Thailand and delivered an itinerary, with very few edits needed, that allowed us to balance fun with much-needed rest and relaxation at charming hotels in Chiang Mai and Koh Samui.

The operations team flawlessly handled all the logistics and clearly communicated each day's plans. We didn't have to worry about a thing and just needed to show up for the fun.

We loved the excursions that the team arranged: a wonderful bike ride through the Chiang Mai countryside, a tasty cooking class with an amazing chef, a visit with elephants at an ethical sanctuary, and a trip to one of the famous Chiang Mai temples. When inclement weather resulted in the cancellation of one of our excursions, the team promptly handled a refund request without being asked.

We highly recommend this travel company and will use them again whenever our travels take us back to Thailand. Thank you to the team and the travel company for an amazing trip!
