We had a wonderful time and we appreciate the efforts of Zicasso's travel specialists. Unfortunately, our trip was severely impacted by the weather in the south and several planned events did not happen. The support we got from the agency was very comforting and helpful while we faced uncertainty. They helped us manage as best as we could and I am grateful for their efforts and assistance.
