Everything went as planned. All the details were handled well. The hotel choices were excellent. All the guides were very good. All the drivers were on time. Overall, a great experience.

Zicasso's travel company did a great job putting together our itinerary and listened carefully to all of our suggestions. They booked us into amazing hotels and restaurants. We especially loved the private tours we had and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. All of the connections, including drivers, transfers, and train travel, were flawless. We felt they took care of us every step of the way. We highly recommend them because they made our 50th-anniversary trip so special and memorable.

It was well organized and met my needs completely. The guides and drivers (except for the one to the airport on 6/23) were great. I was particularly surprised and pleased by the art tour on 6/22.
