Chile, Argentina Vacation Review: Ushuaia, 3 Weeks

Zicasso’s travel agent was excellent and very responsive when we had issues during travel.

We were very disappointed in the tours in Ushuaia. The four-hour tour of the national park lasted less than three hours, with the guide spending more time on his phone than being a tour guide. Also, on the second tour, the guide was fabulous; however, six adults (all seniors) were crammed into a small SUV that you had to literally crawl out of. This made for a very uncomfortable day.

Argentina Trip Review: Buenos Aires, Patagonia, Iguazu Falls, Glacier Trekking, 10 Days

Our family had a fantastic trip to Argentina, traveling from Buenos Aires to Patagonia to Iguazú Falls. Zicasso’s travel specialist did a great job making the trip seamless and easy for us—from making itinerary suggestions, as we shared our hopes for the trip, to finding us tour guides for our private tours, to making dinner reservations when we had difficulty reaching a restaurant. He ensured reliable transportation for us from place to place and was always available if we had a question or issue.

I would highly recommend Argentina and our travel specialist for anyone who has a love of travel and hasn’t visited Argentina yet.

Argentina Vacation Review: Patagonia, Mendoza, Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires, Hiking, 12 Days

Zicasso’s travel company exceeded all of our expectations for our trip to Argentina. Our trip was perfectly planned and everything ran very smoothly once we were in the country. Even when we wanted to make a change mid-trip, they handled our request quickly and efficiently.

Communication with the travel company was excellent and they are very responsive. All of our guides were welcoming and friendly. The excursions they selected for us were perfect. I highly recommend this travel company for your trip to South America. We will definitely book with them again.

We booked our trip through Zicasso. Every aspect, detail, every minutia was taken care of. The entire team assigned to our family was exceptional. They were at our disposal 24/7, literally.

We had such a wonderful experience that we are asking Zicasso to assist us in our European trip.

Thank you to the team!

Chile Vacation Review: Patagonia, Torres del Paine, 1-Week Trip

Zicasso’s travel company spent a lot of time with me revising the trip to fit as much of Patagonia into as short a time as possible for my family. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and communication were excellent. They were also very responsive when we had questions or issues arise while we were on the trip.
