Zicasso’s travel agent was excellent and very responsive when we had issues during travel.

We were very disappointed in the tours in Ushuaia. The four-hour tour of the national park lasted less than three hours, with the guide spending more time on his phone than being a tour guide. Also, on the second tour, the guide was fabulous; however, six adults (all seniors) were crammed into a small SUV that you had to literally crawl out of. This made for a very uncomfortable day.

Our family had a fantastic trip to Argentina, traveling from Buenos Aires to Patagonia to Iguazú Falls. Zicasso’s travel specialist did a great job making the trip seamless and easy for us—from making itinerary suggestions, as we shared our hopes for the trip, to finding us tour guides for our private tours, to making dinner reservations when we had difficulty reaching a restaurant.
