Zicasso's travel agency did a great job listening to us and planning a custom trip! We had excellent guides everywhere we visited and I really felt like we had a curated trip that met our particular tastes. They even gave us information for self-guided tours and restaurants for the days in Santiago when we didn't want a guide. Highly recommended!

Zicasso's travel company was very responsive to what I wanted on the trip. They had just the right level of activity for an older couple traveling. Our guides were all great. All the details worked perfectly... no problems at all. Everything was as advertised in terms of the hotels and what to expect. I was extremely pleased with this tour company.

This was an amazing trip to Argentina and Chile. Our experience with Zicasso's travel agency was exceptional from start to finish. They listened to our wishes, created a wonderful itinerary, had a top-rate app, and even did little things like check us in for our flights and add boarding passes to the app. All the hotels, neighborhoods, and experiences they picked were spectacular. They worked with us on a complicated flight itinerary and were incredibly responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend this company and this trip for people looking for a mix of cities, wine, and nature.

I traveled along the Carretera Austral road in southern Chile. It took a while to figure out where I wanted to go, but Zicasso's travel partner was very patient with me and helped me come up with the perfect itinerary.
I didn't have a big budget, but they treated me as if I was their best customer and never pressured me to spend more money. The "trip plans" app they set up for me was amazing and allowed me to follow every detail of my itinerary, with directions and phone numbers to all of my destinations. Plus, it allowed me to contact them every day, 24/7, if I had questions.
I changed an excursion in the middle of the trip and they took care of everything without any penalties. They even paid the difference in the price of the replacement excursion. Plus, they moved another excursion to another day with better weather conditions.
I could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend our travel agents to anyone traveling to South America. They are the best!
