Argentina Travel Review: Buenos Aires, Salta, Cafayate, Mendoza, Uco Valley, Wine Tasting, 2 Weeks

Our trip, Wine and Culture to Argentina, was absolutely unforgettable and we owe so much of that to our incredible travel specialist.

From the very beginning, the travel specialist curated every detail of our journey with such care and thoughtfulness. Every hotel, experience, and transfer felt perfectly chosen, as if she truly understood us. But what impressed us the most was how she handled the unexpected challenges that came our way.

While we were in Argentina, a major transportation strike occurred, which could have easily turned into a stressful situation. The travel specialist was immediately on top of it, calmly and efficiently resolving every issue. She also quickly managed the rebooking of our flight to Mendoza after heavy overnight rain in Cafayate, which blocked the roads and disrupted travel plans. What could have been chaos became seamless because of her dedication and professionalism.

We completely fell in love with Buenos Aires, its beautiful architecture, vibrant neighborhoods, European charm, and passionate tango culture. Salta captivated us with its colonial elegance and dramatic landscapes. Our stay at the hotel in Mendoza was pure magic, intimate, peaceful, and surrounded by vineyards; it felt like a hidden paradise. And the Uco Valley was simply breathtaking, with its stunning Andean backdrop and world-class wineries. Every destination felt unique and unforgettable.

Beyond her efficiency, the travel specialist treated us like friends, not clients. Not only her, but the entire team who took care of us for the duration of our trip was attentive, reassuring, and always just one message away. They made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish.

Thanks to her, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the beauty, culture, wine, and unique spirit of Argentina without worry. We are deeply grateful and would recommend the travel specialist, the tour operator, and Zicasso to anyone looking for a truly personalized and expertly managed travel experience.

Argentina Vacation Review: Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Salta, Iguazu Falls, Tango Lesson, Cooking Classes, Boat Trip, Hiking, 2 Weeks

Argentina was all we hoped for and more! Thank you to Zicasso’s travel specialist and the travel company for a beautiful and unforgettable trip!

Although we entered this journey with little knowledge of South America or Argentina, we were expertly guided by the travel specialist from the first conversation and over many others.

Our trip was tailored to many specifications—private tours, drivers, boutique hotels, restaurant reservations, and unique experiences. We felt very cared for and the lines of communication were open for any questions or guidance. We had a fabulous mix of nature and city—from the incredible Buenos Aires to Bariloche, Salta, and the Iguazú Falls.

Argentina is a large country that required good planning and navigation to optimize our experience over the two weeks we had. The travel specialist helped us organize an itinerary that kept us on schedule, with knowledgeable and fun English-speaking guides who met us at our hotels, local drivers, boats, and many planes. Her recommendations gave us experiences we might never have found or tried. We were leery of our private tango lesson and day in Tigre. With the travel specialist’s encouragement we agreed and these activities became some of our most memorable travel experiences. We were also able to incorporate some much-appreciated free time into our days for wandering or relaxation.

We would highly recommend the travel specialist and the travel company to personalize a trip to Argentina. Thank you again!!!!

Argentina Tour Review: Buenos Aires, Iguazu, Tilcara, Jujuy, Salta, Waterfall, Helicopter Ride, 11 Nights

Zicasso's travel partner put together a great trip for us Buenos Aires, Iguazú, Tilcara, and Salta. Our agent immediately responded to our questions and even quickly got a refund from the rental car company when we downgraded our car at Salta. I will definitely consider them first for any future trips to this region.

Chile Birthday Trip Review: Patagonia, Torres del Paine, Colchagua Valley, Volcano, Rainforest, Winery, Culture, Nature, Scenery, 2 Weeks

We just returned from our two-week trip to Chile, planned for my 60th birthday. My boyfriend and I had the most spectacular trip! Zicasso's travel company put together an amazing itinerary, designed to meet all our requirements for experiences, logistics, uniqueness, and our desired activities. From my first call with the travel specialist, I felt the responsiveness, personalization, and high level of service his company provided. I couldn’t have asked for anything more in a travel partner.

We had three stops – a winery in the Colchagua Valley, a boutique hotel in the Patagonia Lakes region, and a lodge in southern Patagonia, near Torres del Paine National Park. The recommendations on lodging were so perfect. Each was intimate, with such a high level of service and uniqueness. We loved that they were all inclusive, with meals and excursions included. This allowed us to adjust our plans day to day, based upon weather and how we were feeling. The travel specialist also made arrangements to make sure I had a very special birthday celebration, which was absolutely wonderful.

Argentina, Chile Vacation Review: Buenos Aires, Tierra del Fuego, Santiago, Valparaiso, Cruise, Tango Experience

The trip was absolutely fabulous! We used the travel agency through Zicasso. We hit a home run with our agent, who listened, suggested, and followed through with our desires of what we wanted in our holiday to Chile and Argentina.

He was very easy to work with and seemed to get what we wanted from our first telephone conversation. The attention to details was what I expected and received. He seemed to make it personal and we enjoyed having a "friend"  in Argentina. We especially enjoyed our brief texts from him and the staff to check on us during the adventure. Whenever we needed boarding passes or information, our travel team was only a text away and always on it. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
