Zicasso's travel specialist was absolutely the best to work with in planning a trip to Argentina for 11 family members, with ages from 10 to 73.
We were not sure if we could take a family trip this summer due to work schedules, but we were able to make something work around the third week in May for an early July trip. In a short period of time, our specialist gained an understanding of what our family was looking for and put together a memorable trip. He was very responsive, open to our ideas, and when we suggested an idea, he made it happen. Throughout our trip, he and his team were just a WhatsApp message away, supporting our trip, including getting our boarding passes for domestic flights.
We saw that his company can arrange trips to other areas in South America and hope to work with him and his team in the future.

We are basking in the memory of a simply amazing trip to Argentina with Zicasso... it was awesome. The responsiveness of our specialist and guides, and the attentiveness of service overall, was very noticeable throughout. In particular, there was a storm that hit in the days prior to our arrival in Bariloche (Argentine Patagonia Lake District) which impacted boat schedules, and behind the scenes, without us knowing, we were rebooked and rescheduled for various activities in a seamless fashion to ensure we got the hiking and other experiences we were hoping for. Great service!

Zicasso's travel agency surpassed everything we could have hoped and expected for our first trip to Argentina.
We had a perfect selection, based on our wishes, of small and quiet boutique hotels, punctual transport, knowledgeable guides, and immediate help via WhatsApp in the few instances we needed some guidance on unfamiliar cases.

We just returned from our two-week trip to Chile, planned for my 60th birthday. My boyfriend and I had the most spectacular trip! Zicasso's travel company put together an amazing itinerary, designed to meet all our requirements for experiences, logistics, uniqueness, and our desired activities. From my first call with the travel specialist, I felt the responsiveness, personalization, and high level of service his company provided. I couldn’t have asked for anything more in a travel partner.
We had three stops – a winery in the Colchagua Valley, a boutique hotel in the Patagonia Lakes region, and a lodge in southern Patagonia, near Torres del Paine National Park. The recommendations on lodging were so perfect. Each was intimate, with such a high level of service and uniqueness. We loved that they were all inclusive, with meals and excursions included. This allowed us to adjust our plans day to day, based upon weather and how we were feeling. The travel specialist also made arrangements to make sure I had a very special birthday celebration, which was absolutely wonderful.

It was a fantastic trip due to the planning on the part of the travel specialist and team at Zicasso's travel company. She had great suggestions for what to see and do, and offered the best accommodation choices. She made all of our in-country plane reservations and provided in-country drivers. Everyone we met was so friendly and courteous. It made our holiday so memorable!
