Reviews of Zicasso's Referral Service
4.72 stars based on 116 reviews.
The trip planned by Zicasso's travel company was generally good. The walking tour in Copenhagen was about 50% a repeat of the food tour. The hotels were good. The rental car was good and pick-up was close to our hotel. It appeared we could have dropped off the car in Gothenburg, close to our hotel, rather than driving back to the airport. There was a hotel payment issue in Gränna, but it was resolved before we checked out.

We had a blast! The trip was fully and carefully planned, which was especially notable since we didn't have a lot of lead time. Zicasso's travel partner was incredibly responsive and when a heat wave hit Scandinavia, she even got us moved to another hotel that had A/C. (And she did this while she was about to leave on vacation herself.)
Her recommendations on activities, restaurants, and hotels were terrific, and we highly recommend her travel company and Zicasso.

Zicasso's travel designer could not have been more helpful. She answered texts at all hours, made revisions to our itinerary when we needed them, and was all around wonderful. I'd recommend her to anyone traveling in that area.
