From my first conversation with Zicasso’s travel specialist, I knew he was listening to me and understood the type of trip our group was hoping to take. The itinerary he developed was specific to our requests, but he also made suggestions that enhanced our experience. His excellent and timely communication made for a stress-free trip. All hotels, guides, and drivers were exceptional. We were absolutely pleased with our entire trip experience and would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Our trip to Austria and Germany was initiated with a desire to see the Christmas markets. And yes, these were magical, but Zicasso’s travel company also included guided trips at each location to fully enjoy our trip. The private ride through Bavaria to Neuschwanstein Castle was Christmas-card picturesque. Walking through Vienna on a guided tour was as if we were visiting Franz Joseph and Sisi. The travel company created an itinerary that balanced the needs of a group with different ages, interests, and budgets, and everyone had a magnificent time.

We started our planning with Zicasso’s travel specialist, and she was fabulous to work with in creating the perfect itinerary. We then transferred to another travel specialist, who completed the work and created a bucket-list trip for us. Every detail was perfect. The drivers and guides were incredible and very flexible with our pace of traveling. We reconnected with the travel specialist during our trip through WhatsApp. She again kept us informed on schedules and contacts during our travels. The selected hotels were perfect for us. This was our third trip with a Zicasso partner and I am sure we will be back for adventure.

The guides for the Salzburg food tour and Vienna walking tour were particularly outstanding, as well as our driver-guide in Munich. The travel specialist created a custom itinerary that not only met our expectations, but exceeded them, with VIP experiences that made this mother-daughter trip truly special.

Things went according to plan and schedule, with the exception of one hotel being changed late in the game, but all accommodations were great and we had a really nice trip. Zicasso’s tour operator helped us book a few tours for others who were not part of our overall trip, but who we were meeting in Germany, and that was extremely helpful.
