When you land in Lisbon, a private driver will greet and transfer you to your accommodation in the heart of the city. Once you have had some time to relax and settle in after your long flight, your guide will lead you on a brief walking tour to some of the city’s highlights. Some of the famous landmarks that you will see include the Jeronimos Monastery and the Belem Tower. As part of your tour, you will have the chance to ride the iconic yellow trams for which Lisbon is known. Detailed Description
Your 8-day Portugal tour will begin in Lisbon, where you will embark on a walking tour of the city. The following day will find you exploring the amazing Arrabida Nature Reserve. Here, you can snorkel and hike to your heart’s content.
You will then transfer to the whimsical land of Sintra. Here, you will have a private tour of Sintra’s highlights before a horse-drawn carriage ride, which will carry you along the charming main street of Sintra. The next morning, you will learn to surf with a local pro. The afternoon will then be filled with a rare opportunity of visiting an apple orchard. Here, you will be able to witness how apples are planted and harvested. You will also have the luxury of picking some if you visit in the right season.
The next day will offer you a rock climbing and ATV excursion. You will rock climb in the morning hours before venturing on an ATV adventure in the afternoon. Lagos will then host you for a few nights. Here, where you will embark on a speedboat adventure to the Benagil Caves. Your final full day in Portugal will begin with a tandem skydive. This will literally leave you with an adrenaline high for a few hours.
