In Lima, cars will weave along major boulevards while waves crash against the sandy beaches of the Pacific. Meanwhile, in the Sacred Valley, the quickened pace of city life will fall to the wayside as condors swoop and the isolated sounds of cowbells ring out into the green lands.

You and your partner will embark on a romantic getaway to explore Peru's breathtaking natural beauty and fascinating culture and history. You will begin your journey in the bustling city of Lima, where you will indulge in a guided tour of the city's highlights. Your expert guide will lead you through luscious public parks and Lima's downtown area. Here, you will learn about the impact of cultures that were mixed with the influence of Spanish conquistadors during the 16th century. Later, you will venture to the Barranco District, which exudes creativity and artistry with its vibrant buildings and whimsical street art.

During the second half of your visit, you will travel to the charming city of Cusco and the famed UNESCO World Heritage Site of Machu Picchu. You will visit local markets, where you can converse with charismatic vendors and sample local fruits. On your second full day in Cusco, you will marvel at Incan innovations at Qorikancha, Tambomachay, and Saqsayhuaman before carrying on to the Sacred Valley. In Chinchero, you will sit in on an authentic yarn dyeing class. Then, you will witness this region from an entirely new perspective as you travel on horseback along the undulating hillside. Zicasso’s travel specialist planned the perfect trip for four people. He listened to our requests during the planning phase and incorporated everything we wanted, while also suggesting many fantastic activities that made our trip incredible. We were traveling for five weeks and didn't even have one problem. Every guide, hotel, and flight the travel company booked was great. We couldn't be happier with the amazing trip he put together for us and we appreciate his expertise so much! I absolutely recommend the travel company for anyone looking at a trip to this amazing part of the world.

They actually care about you and your trip. For a trip this big, things are going to go wrong or change, and Zicasso’s travel company did a great job of making things work, with awesome support. Better than this, they still provided assistance to us after our time with them had finished, but we were still traveling. They are a genuine company and it was very satisfying to deal with them... great job!

Peru Trip Review: Amazon, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco, 6 Nights

Our trip to Peru was truly a dream come true, and I can’t say enough great things about Zicasso's travel specialist. From start to finish, everything went incredibly smoothly. Communication was excellent before and during the trip, and we always had a guide and driver ready—punctual, professional, and friendly—every step of the way.

Every hotel and lodge we stayed in was fantastic, and the excursions were perfectly planned to give us an authentic, unforgettable experience. Whether we were exploring the Amazon, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, or Cusco, everything was handled seamlessly.

This was easily one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had (and this is my 19th country), and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to explore Peru. They took care of every detail so we could just enjoy the adventure.
