In South America, there is magic in the wind, a stirring in the air, and a delicious glass of wine in your hand. There is history and culture, romance and passion, and the most decadent reds and delicate whites you’ve ever had. There is fine food and fine art, world-class museums and out-of-this-world scenery, and somewhere along the way, you realize: California and France have nothing like this.
