All transfers, room accommodations, guide, railway, flight, and cruise arrangements were well communicated in advance and occurred as planned. Zicasso’s travel specialist was friendly, courteous, and efficient.

We had a wonderful trip to Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, Bergen, and the fjords in Norway, with seamless connections, well-chosen hotels, and informative and fun tours and activities. Zicasso’s travel company did excellent work developing our itinerary and then following our trip to ensure it all proceeded smoothly.

She quickly responded to our emails and texts, and went through many iterations of our itinerary, honing it based on her extensive knowledge of the region and ensuring our complete satisfaction with it.

From excellent hotel selections to amazing private tour guides and drivers, her selections and arrangements were top-notch.

Before the trip, she carefully and pleasantly answered all our questions about culture and tipping. On the couple of occasions when we needed minor adjustments or missed the information she had provided, she was quick to make changes or provide the information again without complaint.
