My Japan trip was perfect, thanks to the Zicasso travel agency I used. They did a fabulous job, from our pickup drivers to our guides. A very professional agency.

It was a very well-organized trip. Zicasso’s travel specialist was exceptional. She helped organize the trip as per our needs. `She provided multiple options and was very responsive in providing help while we were in Costa Rica with food options and calling the hotel when we did not have phone signal. We had a wonderful trip thanks to the travel company. Highly recommended!

It was a great overall experience. We got to see and experience everything we wanted. Tour guides were exceptional and hotels were fantastic. We had to arrange a taxi or Uber ourselves to get to meeting points and train stations a bit more than on previous trips, but we understand circumstances dictated.

The agreed-upon services were provided by Zicasso's travel company. The staff who assisted us were very professional and attentive to every detail and our needs. They resolved several unexpected situations and always offered advice to help us make our decisions. We thoroughly enjoyed every activity, feeling safe and comfortable.
