Our trip to the South of France was absolutely amazing. We went to Nice, Provence, and Lyon. Zicasso’s travel specialists planned a fabulous itinerary and every detail was thought of. Each hotel was spectacular, the tours were great, and our travel specialist even made all of our restaurant reservations. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I overall had a fantastic trip. It was arranged on very short notice, and I really appreciated the travel agent working with us with such short notice. The hotels we stayed in were excellent. Originally, we had requested 2 beds, but both places we got 1, and we were able to make it work. We were able to get to all the sights we were hoping to see, and had excellent tour guides for both private and small group tours. I would have liked to have more information for what to expect on some of those tours, for example, our trip to the lavender fields/Valensole included a stop at a lake with the option to swim. We had no idea, so did not bring swimsuits. Our trip to Cassis was listed as a 5 hour tour, but was scheduled in a way that it was basically the drive to Cassis, the boat ride through 3 of the Calanques, and a very short time to sit on the beach before driving back. We did not have time to eat lunch before the trip back, and the timing of the drive back meant that restaurants were also closed back in Aix when we returned. Finally, we would have liked some input- we had read about the Camargue area, but didn't expect it to be basically people's ranches. That was a disappointing day. Still all in all an amazing trip.

Our trip to Provence in France was very well planned and contained many wonderful tours that gave us great memories of the time we spent there. Zicasso’s travel specialist planned tours of the city, of Provence, the wine areas, and also a great cooking class. Everything went according to plan and the details were very well communicated to us.

Our trip to Provence was fabulous. The three cities, Lyon, Avignon, and Aix-en-Provence, gave us a real sense of the region. The food, wine, and tours were all magnificent. The hotels were lovely and centrally located.
The five days in Avignon gave us a sense of the city and history. All the guides were excellent and well informed. Our entire trip was well organized and the travel app which outlined our trip was “perfect." We were especially thankful for the drivers who were always on time.
We highly recommend our Zicasso travel expert and our travel company. We have never been disappointed with Zicasso.

The trip was perfect from start to finish. Our travel specialist did an amazing job putting the tour together for us. All aspects surpassed our expectations. The hotels were beautiful, historic, and centrally located. The tours were exactly what we wanted and all the guides were exceptionally well prepared and knowledgeable.
We used a mix of private and small-group tours, which worked well and added to the experience. The transportation via TGV trains worked perfectly. This was our first time using Zicasso and we were thrilled with the results. It was truly a very memorable trip.

We had such a fantastic trip to the Riviera and Paris. Zicasso’s travel company made everything so easy and took great care of us. Our accommodations in Juan-les-Pins were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the hotel was ideally located, with easy access to other towns along the Riviera (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco), and the staff was extremely helpful.
The travel company arranged three private guides for us (Provence day trip, Montmartre in Paris, and the Louvre) and each of the guides was prompt, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The travel company also booked a lunch at the Eiffel Tower and a dinner cruise on the Seine, and both times we had the best seats.
The app was easy to use to access our documents and itinerary, and they were available and responsive by text and WhatsApp for local assistance.
The itinerary gave helpful suggestions for areas or restaurants to explore, but also left flexibility for us to pick and choose. Our hotel in Paris was delightful. It was in a great location, with easy access to all of the sights, and very comfortable.
