Soulful Italy: Umbria, The Marches, and Abruzzo Tour

This was our first time using a travel agency for a trip like this and Zicasso’s travel company completely exceeded our expectations. Traveling internationally with pre-teen children can be stressful, but from the very beginning, this travel company removed every bit of that anxiety. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, clearly communicated, and flawlessly executed.

From airport transfers to hotels, tours, trains, guides, and daily logistics, everything worked seamlessly. We never once felt lost, rushed, or unsure of what was next. Instead of worrying about schedules or navigating a foreign country, we were able to fully focus on our family and enjoy the experience. That peace of mind alone was invaluable.

Zicasso's travel designer was fantastic to work with. She was very generative with ideas for our trip and thoughtfully incorporated our desires into the itinerary. She identified the best accommodations, sights, and experiences, many of which are true hidden gems that we could not have found on our own.

Once we were in Italy, our agent was super-helpful and responsive, helping us with scheduling changes and additional details as needed.

Overall, our trip was a trip of a lifetime, with most of the planning and day-to-day stress of traveling alleviated by this wonderful team. We cannot recommend our travel designer, our agent, and the team highly enough!

The trip was wonderful. The sights were amazing and just what we wanted, the guides were excellent, and the hotels were not only lovely, but interesting, each in its own way. A great trip.

Zicasso's travel company planned the most amazing trip to Venice, Verona, Florence, Tuscany, Siena, and Rome for our family of five. It was the best trip I've ever taken, and having all the details covered by them and plans and tickets sent to us via WhatsApp allowed us to really live in the moment and not have to think about what was next. I loved every second. I cannot wait to plan another trip to Italy to experience the southern half of the country.

Our trip to Italy involved flying into Milan and spending two nights there. We were able to see The Last Supper on a walking tour of the city. From Milan, we took a taxi to Menaggio, alongside Lake Como. We really loved Menaggio as it was the perfect quiet getaway in one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. From Lake Como, we continued down to Rome and the Amalfi Coast and Naples. My fiance and I really enjoyed our trip and we hope to be able to return someday.
