It was great working with Zicasso's travel specialist in the planning of our trip. She was very patient and kind in answering my many, many questions. I had not traveled so extensively since before the pandemic, so I was a bit apprehensive. She was very thorough and responsive.
The details of the trip, the itinerary, were perfect. We were able to have the sights and experiences we most wanted, complemented by some that we would not have thought of.
The execution of the trip, the schedule of drivers, guides, hotels, etc, was perfect. All of the guides were exceptional. All were extremely knowledgeable and had great interpersonal skills. All were adaptable and met the special needs we sometimes presented; for example, walking at a slower pace.
The customer service support was wonderful – knowing that if I had a question or concern, it would be addressed quickly.
We would (and already have) recommend working with Zicasso.
Thank you,

Our trip was fantastic. The Zicasso tour company did a wonderful job setting up our trip navigating five Italian cities. The recommendations for hotels and dining were excellent. Their local guides and drivers for exploring the cities and sites were very knowledgeable and were key in getting the most out of our trip. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in travel to Italy. It was an awesome trip.

Zicasso provided two Italian travel agencies to work with. The one we chose was responsive, helpful, and professional. The other, not so much. However, there was value in bashing the two suggested itineraries together for ideas. I finally ended up with an itinerary that was a hybrid between the two and it was very enjoyable.

We had an amazing trip! Zicasso’s travel agency took care of every detail and we could not have been more pleased! They would text us the evening before to confirm our pick-up time and location the next morning, and were always reachable when we had questions.
