The Zicasso travel agent and her team planned an amazing vacation for us. All of the accommodations were fantastic and the food was delicious. The drivers and tour guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Our private chocolate-making experience was incredible. We really enjoyed skiing in Zermatt and the travel specialist was always available for assistance in Switzerland. Her advice about ski rental places was spot on and saved us a lot of time.
I am so grateful to the travel company for the once-in-a-lifetime memories and can't wait to plan our next trip with them.

We were so pleased with the travel company. The hotel they suggested was nicely located in Como, with our rooms having a view of the lake and a small balcony. We were also provided a lovely breakfast in the morning.
They suggested a nice, four-day itinerary: a food tour, with the extra bonus of an orientation to the city the evening of our arrival; a wonderful boat ride for four hours on the next day; a trip to Lugano, Switzerland; and then a private transfer, stopping in Bellagio and Varenna on our way back to Milan.
All of the drivers and guides were excellent, although the driver for Lugano thought he was taking us to Bellagio. This may have been due to a switch of drivers due to a schedule change, as the boat ride and Lugano days were switched to make sure we had a beautiful day on the water, as some rain was threatened on the original day.
The travel company also made a lunch reservation in Bellagio for us based on a recommendation we had gotten from our son. The driver for that long day was great about arranging the travel so we could be on time at the restaurant and was there promptly to pick us up when we were done.
We will definitely utilize Zicasso again and would reach out to the travel company if we travel again to Italy.

We've taken many family vacations over the years, but we all agreed this was the best one yet!
The team at Zicasso’s travel company did an exceptional job tailoring the perfect trip for our family. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making the entire experience seamless and truly enjoyable from start to finish.
We had wonderful drives and knowledgeable, engaging tour guides who made each destination come to life. Some of our favorite highlights include a hands-on cooking class in Florence, exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside, and having effortless access to iconic sites like the Vatican and the Colosseum.
The experiences were unforgettable, from the best food tour in Rome to a fun and unique golf-cart tour through the city. We also loved visiting a Parmigiano-Reggiano factory and a Parma ham producer, along with an extra-special stop at the Ferrari Museum that was such a memorable surprise.
Every moment felt thoughtfully curated and we came home with incredible memories that we will cherish for years to come. We highly recommend the travel company to anyone looking for a truly personalized and exceptional travel experience.

Zicasso and our tour operator were both so easy to work with. We were a fairly large group (eight adults) and they did everything they could to accommodate and create a vacation to Italy that we will remember forever.
The communication was always prompt and efficient. They went out of their way on several occasions to accommodate changes and/or personal preferences during the planning process. We are so very grateful to Zicasso and the tour operator for helping us plan our perfect family vacation!

The team at this travel company was very responsive and easy to work with. However, the ultimate itinerary that they designed ended up not being a great fit for our family. We did not think the hotel recommendations were good, and some of the tour scheduling did not make much sense. We would not work with this travel group again or recommend them to others.

We had a fantastic time! This was a family vacation meant to celebrate some wonderful milestones and it was the perfect way to do just that. Every detail of the trip, as planned, was spot on. The hotels, their locations, tours, restaurant and beach recommendations all suited us and our style well. Our only disappointment was having to leave. 'Til next time. We'll absolutely be in touch with Zicasso's travel specialist again.
