We had a wonderful trip. Zicasso's travel agency created a trip that had the perfect amount of scheduled tours and free time. I only wish we had another couple of days to spend in Portugal. I would highly recommend them.

We were so pleased with the enthusiastic care that was shown to us by Zicasso's travel specialist and the team with his company. He was attentive and responsive. He took extra care in listening to our desires and interests. His team displayed exceptional kindness and knowledge. They were professional and extremely helpful. Everyone, from our first contact with our specialist to our driver who dropped us at the airport, made lasting impressions on our experience. They were first-class ambassadors of beautiful Portugal.

The trip itself was wonderful!
The Zicasso travel company was excellent in the planning phase and very responsive while developing our itinerary. The final itinerary was exactly what we wanted. However, once the initial deposit was paid, the response rate to our questions was somewhat slower.

My Zicasso travel agent planned a most wonderful, dream-come-true vacation! More than that, he was in contact each day to make sure all the plans and support drivers and guides were available and doing an outstanding job. He was so kind to check up on me when there was the power outage and went above and beyond all the time. There are not enough words for the appreciation I have for my agent and his team!!!! As a solo traveler, he made the trip stressless!!!!

This was the first time we had ever worked with Zicasso, so I was a little bit doubtful that everything would go smoothly, but as it turned out, I had nothing to worry about. The trip planner put together a perfect itinerary that balanced interesting activities with relaxing downtime. They set up a couple of boat tours that we loved, organized drivers to make getting around easy, organized private walking tours with excellent guides who knew about the history and culture of the area, chose excellent hotels that met our particular needs, and, most importantly, stayed in close touch with us throughout the trip to troubleshoot any small problems that arose. It allowed for flexibility on the ground. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
