We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Italy and we owe it all to Zicasso's travel designer! She perfectly planned every aspect of our itinerary to match our preferences, from the tours and private transfers to the public transportation details. Being our first time in Italy, I could never have planned such a seamless and well-organized trip on my own.
Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy a carefree vacation knowing everything was taken care of. She and her team were also incredibly responsive during our travels, even assisting us when we wanted to make a last-minute change to our transportation schedule.
Thank you to our travel designer for making this trip possible and unforgettable. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a beautifully planned, worry-free travel experience in Italy!

Zicasso's travel designer was a dream to work with. She checked in often during the planning process and, after many conversations, presented us with an amazing itinerary. Our itinerary was extremely detailed and made it easy for us to focus on what was happening on each particular day, with clear time and location spots (including pictures!), making it very easy to follow.
Each hotel felt carefully chosen, with location in mind. We were able to easily walk to all of the hotspots–shopping, attractions, restaurants, etc., within each geographical location we visited. We really loved that every hotel included free breakfast, with many food options to choose from.
The tour guides chosen for our trip were extremely punctual and it was obvious they really enjoyed their jobs and loved history. All of our tours were very informative.
Each car that picked us up to deliver us from point A to point B was very punctual and very clean.

Zicasso's tour partner helped put together the trip of a lifetime. She provided many great suggestions of things to do and places to visit in Italy. I was very pleased with her ability to coordinate the details of the trip, from hotel reservations to private transportation and excursions/tours. We were so busy that by the end of the day, we were worn out. When we plan our next trip, I am going to personally ask to work with her again, she became part of our family with her personalized service.

Our trip was a family one, two grandparents over 70, two parents and one adult son, one teenage girl, and one younger girl, 12. Three of us had been to Italy while the others had not. We wanted as complete a trip as we could in 14 days, so we included all the traditional places, Venice, Florence, Rome, and Naples/Pompeii. We spent three days in each and one day in Ferrara. While it was a lot for 14 days, we did not feel rushed.
What I like about Zicasso is they give you options to pick the best fit for your trip—we worked with two other agencies before we picked Zicasso’s travel partner. This travel partner took the time to understand our needs: three hotel rooms, all different in sizes, and tours and timing. Very important was the degree of coordination before the trip with the travel agent; she was available and knowledgeable, and took the time to adjust our needs. One of the best things about this travel partner was they used a van for all the travel, except from Rome to Naples. This was a much better option than the train for seven people and baggage.
During the trip, we were met on time by every driver and every guide. The hotels were excellent and the whole trip went well. When we had a delay on the train, the driver knew it and adjusted our pick-up.
