Our trip to South Africa was nothing short of extraordinary and exceeded every expectation. From the breathtaking vineyards of Franschhoek to the vibrant energy of Cape Town and the unforgettable wildlife experiences at our safari lodge in the Thornybush Game Reserve, every part of the journey was truly magical.
Zicasso’s travel specialist truly did an amazing job, creating the perfect itinerary that met our needs exactly for our party of 11. Additionally, he was extremely responsive, even while we were in South Africa, when I had a simple question regarding gratuity. We had a number of adjustments and changes as we had three families coming in at different times, and he offered multiple options to ensure we all met our budgets and needs. I would definitely use this travel company again for an African trip. The trip was flawlessly executed.

We had a wonderful trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe! Zicasso's travel specialist did a superb job in planning the details of our trip, from airport transfers to hotels, tours, internal flights, and restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend the travel company.
We stayed in boutique hotels, each with its own character, and all provided lovely staff and good restaurants. The safari lodge was outstanding. Our tour guides/drivers were friendly and knowledgeable throughout the trip.
The only thing we would change is the e-bike wine tasting tour in Franschhoek. The bike route was very rough and therefore dangerous. The guides accommodated our request to revise the itinerary and take us on a better route with less biking time. They also arranged for a van to pick us up at the end of the wine tasting.

They really took our interests, pace, and budget into account in planning a wonderful trip. They were so communicative and available, answering all of our questions, from big to small.
The trip itself was smooth, without any issues. Throughout our journey, we always felt supported and safe. From the drivers and tour guides to the hotel staff we interacted with while in South Africa, everyone was so welcoming and kind.
We raved about the ease in planning travel with Zicasso and passed along this amazing tool to many of the travelers we met on safari. Thank you again for everything!

We have just returned from our two-week trip to South Africa and Botswana. Zicasso's travel specialist did a fantastic job of listening to what we wanted for the trip and then putting the itinerary together. Our entire party of four had the trip of a lifetime, with all going smoothly, including the airport transfers to/from the hotel, a day tour around Cape Town, a foodie tour in Cape Town, and a stay at the camp in Botswana. We highly recommend the travel company for planning a trip to Southern Africa.
