Paris - Family in Paris
Paris is a majestic city, brimming with familiar landmarks and captivating culture. Sacre Coeur crowns the hill of Montmartre. The Eiffel Tower marks the gateway to the Champs du Mars. The River Seine divides the city between the opulent Right Bank and the bohemian Left Bank. Houseboats wade in the River, moored to the cobblestone walkways lining the banks. Your private transfer greets you at Charles de Gaulle International Airport upon your arrival. The city brims with life. Parisians sit in cafes and sip espresso, watching passersby resume their day.
Boutique shops line the wide avenue of Rue de Rennes, displaying hand-sewn bags and distinctively designed clothing. The Pantheon rises out of the Latin Quarter with grace. There are 18 Corinthian columns that adorn the façade. The structure was erected in the 18th century under the patronage of King Louis XV. Beneath the main dome, the family can see where Foucault’s pendulum, the device that proved the theory of earth’s rotation, was demonstrated. Zicasso's travel agent planned a fantastic trip for our family to Paris and Normandy. We would not have thought to go to Normandy and it was the perfect choice. Using the travel app made everything a breeze. Our Segway tour and baking class in Paris were so fun and the suggestion to visit the Eiffel Tower at night was a huge hit. Our hotels in Paris, Bayeux, and St. Malo were beautiful, and the customer service was wonderful at each. We had amazing guides for our D-Day tour and Mont-Saint-Michel.

The hotels were beautiful, historic, and centrally located. The tours were exactly what we wanted and all the guides were exceptionally well prepared and knowledgeable.
We used a mix of private and small-group tours, which worked well and added to the experience. The transportation via TGV trains worked perfectly. This was our first time using Zicasso and we were thrilled with the results. It was truly a very memorable trip.

We had an amazing time on our travels from Paris to the D-Day beaches of Normandy, Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, and the Loire Valley. Our Zicasso travel specialist was an excellent communicator and adjusted quickly when the heat wave in Paris resulted in a couple of changes to our itinerary. We felt very well supported throughout our trip.

Every single detail of our trip was absolutely perfect, from the planning stage through to the execution. Despite the fact that our party included three generations (my young children, as well as my father and his partner), Zicasso's travel specialist arranged an itinerary that included a wonderful mix of activities that everybody could enjoy.
During the planning phase, she listened to all of our requests and crafted an itinerary taking them all into account. All of the guides were wonderful and the travel arrangements were seamless throughout. When our trip to Versailles had to be cancelled due to the U.S. president's visit, she managed to quickly arrange an alternate date for the visit.
We could not have had a more enjoyable trip and I thoroughly recommend our travel specialist to anybody considering a trip to France.

I cannot make enough positive statements about our experience with Zicasso's tour company. The travel specialist and the other team members were phenomenal. We went from Normandy to Paris to Bordeaux to the Basque Country. The planning process for the trip was hassle-free. They asked all the right questions to ensure our trip had the experiences we wanted: food tours, wine tastings, museums, soccer games, D-Day, Mont Saint-Michel, and more.
The balance of planned excursions and free time was perfect. Every guide was professional, knowledgeable, and personable, but more than that, it was clear each guide loved what they did and had a passion for what they were showing us. Every hotel we stayed in was spot-on with the amenities we discussed in our planning.
The agency was accommodating and easy to get in touch with when needed. Our trip was truly a vacation; all the details were taken care of and all tickets were electronically available. I highly recommend using this travel company!
