We had a wonderful three-week trip to Paris, Burgundy, Lyon, Provence, and Saint Paul de Vence in October. We received great planning ideas and follow-through from Zicasso’s travel agency. Our travel specialist made sure everything was planned properly, and documentation and the provided app provided assurance to us that all was taken care of. Our guides throughout were excellent and matched to our areas of interest.

We enjoyed working with Zicasso's travel specialist. The team was attentive and we especially enjoyed the app associated with the trip. I feel like we had the right mix of tours and free time, traveling and relaxing. And when we had a hiccup with our rental car, the WhatsApp emergency number worked great. We had a great trip.

We had a great trip. It was well organized and the tour guides were great.
I would not recommend the food tour we took. Although the guide was professional and knowledgeable, I was not expecting to eat food in the streets while the guide cut cheese with a pocket knife he pulled out of a bag. I expected to be eating indoors at tables.

We had an incredible trip and made countless memories. Zicasso's travel designer did a great job of listening to what we wanted out of our trip and crafting an itinerary that met everything we wanted.

Wonderful! We did and saw a lot, and everything went smoothly. Zicasso's travel designer was very responsive to our questions and listened to what our expectations were for our trip. She really was a pleasure to work with. When she was out of the office, her colleagues were equally responsive and easy to work with.

We loved our family vacation and enjoyed working with the travel company. It was wonderful to work with a company in France and we communicated well during the planning process on the Zicasso platform and on Zoom.
During our trip, we had a flight delay and some travel questions, so we appreciated having a local contact to assist us. We would gladly reach out to Zicasso's travel partner for future trips. Hotels and tour recommendations were excellent. We traveled with six people and it can be challenging to find hotel accommodations that work well. We appreciated the attention to detail in finding our requests for hotels with amenities and rooms that worked for our family.
