The Zicasso travel agent and his team of experts worked with me to craft a memorable trip throughout continental Chile and Easter Island. My husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that all the details – local guides, accommodations, entry tickets, domestic flights, etc – were handled. This was our third international excursion through Zicasso and its travel partners, and we will definitely use Zicasso in the future.

It was a very well-organized trip with a lot of attention to detail. The tour guides were professional and kind. I fell sick the first day in Santiago and the hotel staff were extremely helpful with organizing a doctor and helping me get appropriate medication in the middle of the night. Patagonia is a truly wonderful place and the arrangements were excellent. Thank you.

Chile is a beautiful country and we appreciated the tours and transfers. The hotels were subpar. One hotel was without air conditioning and another had water issues, leaving us without water without prior notice. Our views from some of our rooms were terrible.
