Our trip to the South of France was absolutely amazing. We went to Nice, Provence, and Lyon. Zicasso’s travel specialists planned a fabulous itinerary and every detail was thought of. Each hotel was spectacular, the tours were great, and our travel specialist even made all of our restaurant reservations. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Our trip to Provence was fabulous. The three cities, Lyon, Avignon, and Aix-en-Provence, gave us a real sense of the region. The food, wine, and tours were all magnificent. The hotels were lovely and centrally located. 

The five days in Avignon gave us a sense of the city and history.  All the guides were excellent and well informed. Our entire trip was well organized and the travel app which outlined our trip was “perfect." We were especially thankful for the drivers who were always on time.

I cannot make enough positive statements about our experience with Zicasso's tour company. The travel specialist and the other team members were phenomenal. We went from Normandy to Paris to Bordeaux to the Basque Country. The planning process for the trip was hassle-free. They asked all the right questions to ensure our trip had the experiences we wanted: food tours, wine tastings, museums, soccer games, D-Day, Mont Saint-Michel, and more. 

The balance of planned excursions and free time was perfect. Every guide was professional, knowledgeable, and personable, but more than that, it was clear each guide loved what they did and had a passion for what they were showing us. Every hotel we stayed in was spot-on with the amenities we discussed in our planning.

The trip was perfect from start to finish. Our travel specialist did an amazing job putting the tour together for us. All aspects surpassed our expectations. This year, we planned a trip to France, including the wine regions of the Loire Valley and Avignon, along with visits to the castles and gardens in both areas. The hotels were excellent and the guides and drivers were friendly, communicative, and highly knowledgeable about the region’s history and the vineyards we visited. She was available every day and thoughtfully anticipated our needs, including ensuring that distilled water was available at each hotel for the CPAP machines used by the gentlemen. She also received our list of preferred restaurants and, without being asked, confirmed each reservation for us, an unexpected but much-appreciated touch.

As on our previous Zicasso trips, drivers were always there to greet us when we arrived at airports and train stations. The entire trip, including the hotel locations selected by Zicasso, was memorable and left us eager to return someday.
