Zicasso’s travel agency was a phenomenal agency to work with. They were professional, attentive, easily accessible, and very informative. They went above and beyond in making our trip go as smooth as possible, including easy airport transfers and directions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone traveling to Thailand!

First time to the Olympics and an add-on to Switzerland! Zicasso’s travel specialist was great at listening to our needs and putting together an itinerary.

Our trip to Livigno was fantastic! The location to the two Olympic venues was ideal.

All of the details were covered and when we had a change in one of our day tours due to potential avalanches, the team at the travel company was extremely responsive and was able to adjust.

All of our transportation was well organized and on time. We also had to pivot when our flights home to the US were changed due to weather and the team quickly helped with adjustments to our schedule.

We loved the train from Italy to Switzerland.

We highly recommend this travel specialist and the travel company!

We booked our trip quite late, but they were still able to put together an amazing itinerary, with beautiful hotels, wonderful meals, and incredible activities and adventures, and everything went off without a hitch. We couldn't believe how every single time we had something planned, a driver showed up on time, was super-friendly, and everything went really smoothly. And the owner was always available to tweak things on the fly when necessary. It was just wonderful.
