The trip was great. Zicasso’s travel specialist and her crew put together a great itinerary and left us plenty of downtime, so we were not exhausted each evening. The drivers were good and, although not guides, offered plenty of history along the way. All the guides were exceptional.

We loved all the hotels, especially our hotel in the mountains. That was very special.

The travel specialist had obviously passed along the note that we did not want to go shopping, like sometimes happens with the guides.

The food and restaurant suggestions were all good.

Overall, it was a very well-planned and articulated agenda. The software that they use to keep in contact worked very well once I understood it! Lol.

My only comment was that on trips in the past, the beginning of the trip started with a personal stop at our hotel by a representative from the company. I understood later that their headquarters is in a more remote area. But if I was a new traveler, I would have enjoyed putting a face with the name. Fortunately, the package they left at the hotel did indeed have all our tickets and passes.

I would definitely recommend this travel company and would use them again.

Our trip to Italy was absolutely amazing. Zicasso’s travel company provided exceptional service and attention to detail. We had never used a travel company for arrangements prior to this trip and we are so glad we did. It made the trip stress-free and truly over-the-top.

Our favorite time on the trip was at a location recommended by our travel agent in a very small area called Ciociaria. We loved this location and our resort in Ciociaria. The staff was incredible and we felt so relaxed.

I have been telling all my family and friends about the travel company’s services and that I will use them for future trips. I am so thankful to Zicasso for connecting me to an incredible experience with our travel company.

I went on a two-week trip through France and Spain, and my experience with Zicasso’s travel specialist was amazing! She was incredibly responsive and communicative, and made sure my trip went as smoothly as possible.

Zicasso’s travel agent truly knows what is best for her clients. Without her, we wouldn’t have made the same choices or had nearly as much fun. She is transparent, laying out options along with their pros and cons, which we really appreciated and have not always experienced with other travel agents. Every request and arrangement was delivered as promised, with no miscommunications—again, something we greatly value. All in all, working with this travel agent for our Greece tour was a very positive experience.

It was a nicely prepared and executed trip. The staff was responsive and seemed quite knowledgeable. The local vendors used were all professional, seemed passionate about what they do, and were quite accommodating and flexible.

We loved working with Zicasso’s travel specialist during the planning phase of this three-week trip to Argentina and Chile. She took the time to listen carefully to our trip goals, our “must-dos,” and our “don’t likes.” She helped us design our dream journey, put all the pieces together by working with her contacts in-country, was available for questions, provided her advice and guidance along the way, and made modifications as needed.

She was a pleasure to work with and we could tell that her main goal was to ensure we would have the trip we wanted and that everything would go as planned. She was also available during our trip in case anything went astray and ensured we had local contacts in case they were needed. We had the trip of a lifetime, and she made it happen for us. We are very grateful for her help and will definitely use her again for future trips.
