We enjoyed our tour in Morocco, mainly for the opportunity to explore different places and learn more about their customs and history. The people has been very attentive and the itinerary was very interesting and well organized.
Our driver did a very good job, he was always available and on time. The hotel and riads were excellent, but in some cases their location was not the best.
Many things to remember, but we just would like to mention the Sidecar motorcycle tour and the Agafay desert visit, both from Marrakesh. We also liked the visit to the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, the city tour in Rabat and the visit to the tanneries in Fes.

We had a truly memorable tour of Morocco and were delighted with the experience from start to finish.
Zicasso’s travel specialist was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and consistently helpful. The pre-trip materials were comprehensive and made preparation easy and stress-free.
The travel specialist designed an excellent 11-day itinerary showcasing Morocco's remarkable diversity, including the historic cities of Marrakech, Fes, and Chefchaouen, along with Rabat and Casablanca, as well as the Atlas Mountains, Sahara Desert, and cedar forests. Each day offered unique experiences, including vibrant souks, artisan workshops, scenic hikes, camel rides, a traditional hammam, Roman ruins, film studio, and wine tasting.
Every destination featured a dedicated local guide, all of whom were excellent. We traveled in a comfortable SUV and spent the entire trip with our driver. Friendly, professional, and fluent in English, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment, while sharing valuable local insights along the way.
Several thoughtful touches further enhanced the experience: unique accommodations, memorable welcome and farewell dinners, a dedicated messaging group for seamless communication, prompt responses to questions and requests, and assistance with restaurant reservations, even at short notice.
We are deeply appreciative of the travel specialist and the entire team at this travel company for creating such a memorable journey, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a well-planned, authentic, and high-quality Morocco experience.

When I first sent a mail to Zicasso, that we wanted to visit Morocco, only one company responded, and that was this travel company. With previous travel experiences with Zicasso I had no problems prior to this. So I contacted the travel company. From the beginning, I had issues with them because the travel agent was not responding to my emails. She was giving all kinds of excuses as to "too much work," "I am in a meeting," "I am busy," etc. I was totally frustrated and since time was running short (I already purchased my air tickets) I had no choice but to go with her. In her first itinerary, she did not give me any choices as to hotels, and I had to do all the research. I asked for a specific camp in the Agafay Desert and she said the camp was full, but found out if you juggled around the dates the camp was open, she should have done that. She gave a mediocre riad in Marrakesh, and I changed it. In Fez, I did not want to stay in our riad in Fez. She did not pay any attention to my needs. The room that was assigned to us was right off of a dining room, it was dark, smelling of mold, the window latches were broken, and the paint was peeling. Thank goodness we stayed only one night. We asked the owner to change the room and she said nothing was open. The breakfast was only toast and orange juice. The owner of the riad was very gracious but that did not help us.
The travel agent did not even once call us to find out how we were doing. The only thing that made our travel to Morocco great was our driver. He was courteous, went out of his way to satisfy the customer. We are very lucky to have him. The travel agent did shower us with some gifts which are of no use to me, and she offered a photo shoot which we were hesitant about. She said there is no cost to us, and we did indicate to her that the photos were not to be used on social media or her website. She sent me an email asking me if they can use those photos, and I told her she should not post those photos. I hope she complies with my request. I usually do not like to give negative remarks on any company but this time I felt I had to do it. Overall we did enjoy the country.

Our trip to Morocco was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Our driver was excellent and an excellent companion throughout the journey—reliable, friendly, and always helpful.
The guided tour through the medina in Marrakech with our guide was a standout experience, especially with the bonus of dining at a fantastic restaurant he recommended. Two major highlights of the trip were the unforgettable hot-air balloon ride and our magical night in the desert.
Although our time in Casablanca was brief, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide in Rabat was knowledgeable and made the experience engaging and informative. We ended our trip in the stunning town of Chefchaouen, where another guide provided an exceptional tour—he was informative and passionate about his city.
The accommodations were perfect at every stop, and we truly appreciated the welcome gifts and meals provided by Zicasso's travel specialist and his team. Their attention to detail made all the difference.
I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone planning a trip to Morocco. It was an unforgettable experience that I will be sharing with friends and family for years to come.

The travel agent from Zicasso's tour company planned for my family of four the most spectacular and luxurious two-week trip around Portugal. We traveled to and enjoyed the highlights of Lisbon, the romantic architecture in Sintra, the incredible history of Évora, the beautiful coastline of the Algarve, the laid-back atmosphere and gorgeous scenery of Madeira, the beautiful, historical, bustling city of Porto, and the stunning scenery of the Douro Valley.
The travel agent's suggestions and bookings were all perfectly aligned with what we envisioned and the accommodations booked were all beautifully appointed and family-oriented – five-star hotels that catered to the entire family, with indoor pools and kids greeted with backpacks and toys at the door, and nightly treats on pillows.
The tour guides booked were all very knowledgeable and kind. They were patient with my two- and four-year-olds, and taught us all so many new, amazing things.
Every day was a highlight, but I would say my girls really enjoyed the tile painting as well as the pastel de nata-making workshops.
My husband and I really enjoyed Évora and Sintra, and truly seeing the beauty and history of it all.
We absolutely fell in love with Portugal, the culture, and the food. My only regret is not having more time so we could’ve seen the Azores as well and stayed even longer.
We so look forward to this travel agent planning us another perfect vacation in the near future!

We had the most amazing time in Morocco, thanks to our wonderful Zicasso trip planners. From the very beginning of the planning stages, our agents were not only super-accommodating, but provided great ideas to make our trip as special as could be!
Once we landed, our guide and driver made sure we were comfortable throughout our trip. We visited Marrakech, Merzouga, Fes, and Chefchaouen. Each of these destinations were special in their own way and we had amazing tours in the medinas, visited gardens and museums, had a cooking class and, of course, a wonderful night in the desert.
None of this could have been possible without the expertise of the entire team at the travel agency. The logistics were impeccable, the hotels so beautiful, and suggestions for shopping and meals were perfect as well!
We cannot thank the team enough for such a special experience and we hope to work with them in the future! Thank you so much!
