The trip was fantastic. The communication with Zicasso's travel agency was excellent. Everything worked out as planned and all expectations were exceeded.

Zicasso's travel specialist and her team planned an absolutely outstanding 16-day trip for me and my family. We visited Tokyo, Ghibli Park (near Nagoya), Kanazawa, Kyoto (with day trips to Nara and Osaka), and then wrapped things up with two nights at a beautiful and luxurious ryokan in Hakone.
Communication leading up to the trip was clear and efficient, and whenever we had a question during the trip, we were able to get quick answers from our travel company's rep in Japan.
I would absolutely book another trip with this company.

The itinerary we developed with the Zicasso' travel specialist's guidance and recommendations was great. The accommodations were excellent, except the ryokan's... they were outstanding!!! The guides and drivers were knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and fun to be with. The culture and people in Japan are amazing, as is the natural beauty and the food. The trip went smoothly. The trains were on time, comfortable and a great way to travel.
Overall, this was one of the best trips we've taken and we've traveled to more than 60 countries.

We have used the Zicasso travel service previously and were happy with the attentive travel agents. This trip was no exception – Zicasso's agent was extremely active in responding to our requests and questions. We had some apprehension about traveling to a foreign country with our (adult) children, but the trip worked out just as planned. Thanks to our agent!
