Our trip was fabulous from beginning to end. Zicasso's travel designer was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond creating an itinerary that would suit our interests and goals. All of our transfers were completely seamless. The tour guides and excursions she selected for our trip were all top-tier. I would highly recommend this travel agency to anyone planning a trip to Italy!

We just returned from our trip to Rome and Sardinia. Working with the tour operator and especially Zicasso's travel designer was spectacular! They made our trip effortless and even helped out when we received a parking ticket.
It all started with the arrival in Rome and being escorted through the terminal, through customs, and to our driver. Utilizing the app made navigating around Italy a breeze. And the WhatsApp chat group gave us easy access to her and the entire group involved should we have questions.
I would highly recommend working with the tour operator.

We had excellent communication with the tour operator throughout the planning, lead-up, and the trip. Zicasso's travel designer was very responsive and helpful in planning the trip.
We had wonderful, personable, and knowledgeable guides, and professional, friendly, and courteous drivers. The hotels were well located and exactly what we wanted in terms of quality (four-star).
Restaurant recommendations were very helpful and the venues had been informed about dietary restriction. It was a great experience!

Everything down to the smallest detail was well-planned and well-thought-out. Zicasso's travel designer and team were exceptional and most responsive when and if needed. The tour guides were all very professional and knowledgeable. All, including drivers, were on time and well-prepared. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The travel company and staff were excellent. The trip coordinators accompanied us through the trip via WhatsApp. They were terrific. The service was top-notch, including the drivers, tour guides, and accommodations.
The one thing I would change about the trip is to have longer stays in each city visited. Moving to a new hotel every two nights prevented us from really enjoying each city we visited. I would also forgo Palermo and substitute a smaller city like Noto or Agrigento. But again, the itinerary was based on my interests and time. It is not an indication of the tour company's abilities. However, it may be good for the agency to suggest longer stays to other customers. Otherwise, we had a great trip and once again, I have recommended Zicasso and the tour company to family and friends.
Thank you again for a great time!
