The trip was exceptional. The drivers and guides selected were top-notch. The staff was helpful and available when needed.
Our guide in Venice was excellent. A strike in Venice was difficult. Her commitment to arrive early and arrange transportation in the middle of a strike was spectacular. This is a reason for using this top-notch travel company. Planning and execution of the trip were great.
Our only feedback is that the trains in Italy take a minute to understand. More discussion on the lounges, with local trains not being reliable, would be helpful for future trips. More education is needed on this part of the travel plans.
Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we have much appreciation for the professionalism of Zicasso’s tour operator.

Zicasso's tour operator elevated this trip far beyond what we could have managed ourselves. It was a five-star, worry-free experience, and every single day felt tailored to us. If you’re looking for true white-glove service for a European getaway, look no further than the tour operator. They’re not just travel planners, they’re travel artists.
We’re already looking forward to booking our next adventure with them!

We had a wonderful trip to Italy and Switzerland! Zicasso's tour operator did an excellent job with planning and executing the trip. The agents were always prompt with communications and details. Our hotel accommodations were all outstanding and our tour guides were as well.
We had one hiccup on our last day when a driver didn't show up, but the agency was quick to respond with a driver, so we were only delayed about 40 minutes.
We loved every minute of our trip and we would highly recommend the agency!

Hi! Zicasso's travel planner organized everything perfectly. He was very helpful and patient as we planned the itinerary with him. He had great suggestions and the trip could not have gone better. Zicasso checked in with us daily and sent reminders, etc. We felt very taken care of. Any questions during the trip were answered very promptly.
All of the excursions were wonderful. Our guide and the boat around Capri was our favorite. He was a wonderful guide. The cooking class in Sorrento was the best, with wonderful hosts. We had a blast. The guides for Pompeii, the Vatican, and the Colosseum were super.
All of the hotels were perfect regarding location, amenities, staff, food, and rooms. We were upgraded twice.
We would highly recommend Zicasso to our friends (already have). We couldn‘t have asked for a more professional group.
Thanks for making my dreams come true.
