Your adventure will begin when you land at Athens International Airport. A brief stay in the capital city will be the ideal way to start your trip before heading to the islands. After breakfast, you will leave Athens in the background as you transfer to the island of Mykonos. Upon your arrival in Mykonos, you will begin to admire the charming roads of the island as you are led to your waterfront hotel. After you have had time to relax and settle in, your guide will lead you on an afternoon tour of some of the most iconic sites in Mykonos. One of the first stops of your tour will be the Kato Milli area, which is the location of the island’s ancient windmills. You will also stop at the Village of Ano Mera, the Monastery of Panagia Tourliani, and the ruins of Gyzi Castle, which date back to the 13th century. Once your tour concludes, you can enjoy your first evening in Mykonos at your own pace.
