We were extremely happy with the support we received from Zicasso’s travel designer in planning our trip to Ireland and Scotland. The recommended trip itinerary allowed us to leverage our shorter time in Ireland and really get to experience a lot of Scotland, where we spent more of the vacation.
We were very happy with the selected hotels and the guides in each country. Transportation was well planned and went smoothly.

Zicasso's travel planners were great to work with, giving us great flexibility in tailoring our tour exactly the way we wanted it. They offered us good options for the activities we were interested in (sheep farm, falconry experience), fitting them within our schedule.
The schedule worked very well for us, striking the right balance between checking all the places we wanted to see and activities we wanted to experience, and giving us just the right amount of relaxation time in between. We brought back wonderful memories from our trip!

This was a fantastic trip from the very start (planning stage) to the finish (arriving home). Every detail was thoroughly thought out, planned, and well executed. Zicasso's travel agency was by far the best travel company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Our agents stayed on top of everything.

The logistics and the Zicasso tour operator's response were excellent, particularly on the emergency line. The drivers were very good, always on time, courteous, and efficient. The accommodations selected were first-rate. Tour destinations were as expected, but all tour guides were flexible and made good suggestions regarding additional stops.

Everything about this trip, from the planning process through the final day of the trip itself, was five stars. Zicasso’s travel designer took all of my suggestions and feedback into account to craft an itinerary that was a great mix of activities and downtime.
My travel designer handed me off to another travel agent, who gave amazing suggestions for things to see during our downtime and also gave suggestions for, then subsequently made, reservations for our dinners each evening on vacation. We had two restaurants cancel our dinner reservations and both times the travel company notified us and rebooked us in new restaurants before we even knew about the cancellations!
Our activities were amazing and we had a really wonderful trip.

We absolutely loved our England adventure and already wish we could go back. It was a perfect balance of English countryside, history, and culture.
All our hotels were wonderful. The lodge in Broadway was such an extraordinary place to stay—the property was so historic, but the rooms and amenities were modern. We loved the pool and gym, and delicious food/drink they offered. We also took advantage of the playground down the street every evening after dinner—it had a zipline and a beautiful vista. The lodge at Warwick was also amazing, such a fun place to stay for families with young kids. We also really enjoyed our hotel in London. The location was ideal as we could walk to restaurants and we had a tube station right there.
Our drivers were also very professional and friendly, and made the transfers between locations so simple and stress-free for us. Honestly we have nothing but good things to say about every moment of this vacation, from the afternoon tea to the "Harry Potter" studio tour.
