Fiji exceeded all my expectations. We had an amazing itinerary, put together by Zicassso's travel expert. During the planning phase, she was easy to reach despite our 12-hour difference. I had one question during our trip and we easily reached her. She followed up to make sure we did not have any additional questions. A+

We had a beautiful trip to three island resorts in Fiji. All transportation between islands went perfectly. All three resorts were stellar.

Fiji is beautiful and both of the resorts that we stayed at were amazing. However, using this travel specialist to plan our trip was awful. She was not responsive, and she added no value at all. I suggested the resorts after doing my own research, and all she did was make the bookings. I was hoping she could offer some interesting day trips or cool things to add on - that is why I use a travel planner. We have traveled all over the world, and I have used many, many travel planners - she is by far the worst. She did not have one novel or good idea - I did all the work, then she just made the bookings and took our money. It was a total waste using her and a waste of our money because it looks like her fees were quite high. Also the format of the itinerary that she provided was awful. It had a ton of useless information and was extremely hard to follow or find specific information in. Our names were also misspelled on all of our documents and reservations - super unprofessional. After we arrived in Fiji a number of our connections were not set up properly so I was always trying to send her notices to get things updated. Her overall responsiveness was not great. I feel a bit bad, I have never left such a horrible review before. I am sure she is a lovely person, but the value she added was zero and I am quite annoyed that we used her in the first place.

Zicasso's travel specialist worked with us every step of the way to create an amazing itinerary filled with adventure in New Zealand and luxurious relaxation in Fiji. She helped us adjust the itinerary until it was just right. Unfortunately, there were a couple of excursions that were impacted by the weather and other logistics, which impacted our experience, but it was not her fault and she was willing to try to find other options.
