Instead, you will have an immersive experience that combines the marvels of the jungle, the azure water of the Caribbean, and the colonial architecture of hidden cities. Furthermore, your tour will highlight the encompassing history of Cuba and the fascinating culture that embraces its diverse heritage and the delicious flavors of chocolate.

Your exciting Cuba adventure will lead you off the beaten path upon your arrival. Your private transfer will greet you at the airport in Santiago de Cuba and transfer you to your luxurious accommodation in the heart of the city. You will have two nights in Cuba’s second-largest city, which stands closer to Haiti than Havana and shines with a distinctive Afro-Caribbean culture. You will have private tours that elucidate the grandeur of the city at your preferred pace, leading you along the streets of the historic city center and into the stunning museums to reveal the different perspectives of local, national, and cultural history.

Two nights in Holguin will introduce you to a city better preserved than Havana and celebrated for its colonial architecture and vintage cars. You will have a private driver to convey you on a day trip to the fishing village of Gibara and the colorful reefs of Guardalavaca. One night in Baracoa will shine a light on the most secluded town on the island, which rises from the jungle terrain along the eastern coastline. The town features an intriguing folklore in addition to possessing the title of Cuba’s chocolate capital. During your time here, you will be provided with a fantastic introduction to how farmers grow cacao and produce the delicious treat.

Before returning to Santiago de Cuba, you will have a guide lead you through the magnificent jungle terrain of Parque Natural Majayara, where you can bask in the fabulous canopy, discover the mangrove forest, and uncover the remarkable archeological artifacts of the Taino people. Cuba Vacation Review: Salsa Lesson, 6 Nights

This trip was well worth every penny. Zicasso's tour operator was amazing and paid attention to every last detail. Our drivers and guide were so good. They knew exactly what we needed and wanted, and made sure the trip was perfect every single day. I know this sounds like I am gushing and that it couldn't have been this good, but it truly was!

Cuba Anniversary Vacation Review: Havana, Cienfuegos, Trinidad,...

Our Zicasso travel expert did a great job making all of our arrangements and making changes as needed while we were in Cuba. Our local guide and driver were excellent. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, very patient, and so gracious. Our driver took good care of us too. The guest house in Havana was amazing. The guest house in Trinidad was mediocre. The guest house in Varadero was in a great location and just fine. We loved the itinerary. The activities were diverse, interesting, and fun. We could not believe the VIP treatment we received everywhere we went – the dance school, the cabaret venue, restaurants, etc.

What a wonderful trip! Zicasso's travel agent and her team were outstanding. The trip was well planned to visit the popular Cuban cities and towns, and included a personal trip to where my son's father was born. All the tours were great. Thank you to our guide and drivers! The accommodations, restaurants, and entertainment were terrific.

Cuba Trip Review: Culture, 1-Week Tour

Cuba is a fascinating country. Zicasso's travel agent was honest and “real” from beginning to end. Having both an amazing tour guide and driver truly made the trip even better. We had a few hiccups that the tour guide, along with our agent, took care of immediately.
