My trip, curated by Zicasso, was seamless. The travel specialist really listened to my wish list of places to see and things to do. The trip itinerary couldn't have been organized any better. It was so relaxing to have everything taken care of, including transportation. She suggested other options that may have been available. Free time to explore or relax was just the right amount for me. She was always available to assist if needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Zicasso's travel specialist, specifically Zicasso's travel agency, was fantastic! This travel specialist tailored our trip based on our conversations. She was thorough in her communications and provided us with excellent recommendations, along with top-notch arrangements.
We had one minor issue at our hotel, and she was quick to respond and successfully resolve it to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this travel specialist for anyone traveling to Croatia and the surrounding area. When we return to Croatia, we will use her to help us plan another perfect trip! Thank you!!!

We were very pleased with all the arrangements that Zicasso's travel specialist made for us. Everything went smoothly and her recommendations as we planned the trip were right on. We might have cut our time in Ljubljana short if she hadn't suggested we stay two nights, and what a mistake that might have been! She knows the area and was extremely helpful in helping us form our itinerary, and she kept in touch electronically during the week in case we needed anything or had any questions. We were impressed with her service!
All the drivers were prompt, pleasant, and careful drivers. The local guides were good. I must mention we especially appreciated our guide in Pula, a mine of information on the history! And our guide at Lake Bled; she was informative and personable, thinking even to bring snacks and hot tea for a cool morning hike!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with the tour operator. Zicasso’s travel specialist planned a trip beyond our dreams. The details and thought put into our itinerary were second to none. We would have never been able to do this on our own and we wouldn't have had this level of service with the travel company. Thank you for connecting us with them.

I would like to thank Zicasso’s tour operator and everyone at this travel company for our very well-planned trip!
We were pleased with the route, hotels, and cities. Sadly, the museum in Cetinje that we specifically wanted to see, and for which our travel specialist allocated an additional one hour of touring, was closed on Monday, the day we went. Ugh. (Extra time at a museum in Cetinje was stated in our itinerary.) However, we made up for it by asking our guide to walk us through the old town of Budva, which he did.
Notes on personnel: Our driver for the majority of the trip was the star! He was a very careful driver and a sensitive and personable man. We absolutely fell in love with him.
Our guides and drivers were wonderful in Dubrovnik. Our guide was the best! She was punctual, very well prepared, had great people skills, spoke perfect English, and made the tour very interesting and relevant in human and geo-political terms.
The guide in Kotor was also very good. The guide was not the one as stated in the itinerary. She only showed up for the boat tour of Lake Shkodra. For two days in Montenegro, we had a male guide. He was superb!
The guide in Ohrid was wonderful. He had excellent English, a great sense of humor, and an extremely interesting storyteller. People skills were great too.
There was just one excellent guide in Albania at Berat, on par with the ones in Dubrovnik, Macedonia, and Montenegro. But the other two at Gjirokastër and at Butrint were not as polished and not as punctual and did not think to call us to tell us they were being delayed. Our driver even managed to sneak in another tour while we were waiting for him for over 30 minutes in front of the archaeological site, and he actually accused us of not being on time. This happened while we arrived at the exact time outlined in our itinerary.
I hope these specific comments could help the guides discover what would elevate them from people who can relate historical facts to great overall guides with good people skills.
Still, we had a great experience overall. Please extend our thanks to everyone who made this trip happen and especially our driver.
I have already recommended your agency to several of our friends and will travel with you in the future when the opportunity presents itself.

Zicasso’s travel specialist created a memorable and nearly stress-free trip for us. I can’t recommend this travel specialist’s services highly enough. She made getting from place to place easy and the local guides she chose were terrific. We saw so many places we would not have known about if it weren’t for the travel specialist and enjoyed them so much more because of our local guides
