Zicasso's travel company provided an outstanding level of planning and support for our trip to Australia and New Zealand. The itinerary was detailed perfection and we had an absolutely seamless and wonderful two weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future for another out-of-country vacation.

This was our second time using Zicasso and their team. The travel specialist at the travel company was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The tours he arranged were all great! We ran into some unexpected weather events and the contact in country was there for us every step of the way, as we had to rearrange our itinerary and accommodations. Every transfer and tour pick-up was on time. The tour operators were friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier.

I cannot say enough about a perfect trip made available by the Zicasso travel agents' careful planning and arrangements. It was a complicated itinerary, with multiple tours, several flights, and great hotels, and everything went smoothly. The company on-site was available to answer questions.

First of all, and most importantly, the Zicasso travel specialist listened to me regarding what was important for our trip to be successful. As a result, the activities, modes of transportation, types of accommodations, and amount of free time totally fit our interests and lifestyle. The communication all along the way was excellent and I felt very comfortable making changes in the planning process.
There were excellent personal touches which were unexpected, but very much appreciated, such as securing emergency exit seats on all flights and having hard copies of our itinerary at our hotel when we arrived in each country.
She made sure we had outstanding private hikes that showed us many birds, which is our passion!
Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.
