We loved our itinerary! We gave the locations we wanted to visit to Zicasso’s tour operator and they fit everything in. They were with us every step of the way and listened to feedback about any adjustments, and stayed within budget.

Zicasso's travel experts did everything they said they would do. They adjusted to changes when I got sick for a day. The pacing was good.

We went to the North and South islands of New Zealand for our trip, and I felt like Zicasso’s travel specialist planned it perfectly for us. We gave him our dates, budget, and activities we were interested in, and his initial pitch was spot-on. He was very accommodating when it came to changes as well. We ended up adding another day to take in some of the Māori culture and also ended up shifting our dates from October to November, which he easily handled for us.

Our travel specialist was great and patient about answering any questions we had, which weren't very many. I'd never gotten such a complete package of information from a travel agent! They also utilize an app, so all of the information we needed was contained there. I had one question during the trip that I needed answered that day, and I called the local number I was given. They answered immediately and were so friendly and kind. We really couldn't have asked for a better trip and a better supporting team behind us.

Zicasso’s travel specialist and her team created such a wonderful trip to Vietnam for us. It was the perfect combination of city life, history, culture, food, and adventure.

We had the most amazing guides in each of the regions we visited, all so knowledgeable and friendly. Our guide and driver spent a whole week with us in northern Vietnam. The guide was always energetic and taught us about the culture and history. A shout-out to the driver because you need to really know what you’re doing to drive the Ha Giang Loop in a van.

The travel specialist was always available throughout our two-week trip. I had a family emergency and she was readily available at night and able to rebook me on the first flight home.

Zicasso’s travel company did a great job accommodating everything we wanted to accomplish while in Normandy. We had knowledgeable and fun guides, and the hotels were comfortable, creative, and well-located.

The trip exceeded our expectations! Everyone with whom we had the opportunity to spend time was helpful, knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. Two planned activities were canceled because of the weather and we appreciated the focus on safety. Contingencies were in place for those activities and we were well cared for.

The events Zicasso's travel specialist prepared for us were very much what we had hoped they would be, in terms of our interests. The excellent quality of each activity was delightful and very much appreciated.

This was our third Zicasso vacation, including visiting Costa Rica and South Africa. All three were exactly as planned and even better than we expected. There were no complications or issues. And we will certainly book again with this outstanding organization and the wonderful in-country partners.
