The trip was lovely, but our itinerary was too busy. We’re seniors and enjoy downtime each day. Some of the trips with drivers were too long. Our hotel in Barcelona was very nice with great food. The hotel in Seville was disappointing. The concept of Zicasso is good, but age-appropriate planning would be an improvement.

We had the most amazing time in Spain because of Zicasso’s travel specialist. He created a well-planned itinerary for us, which made it so memorable. We knew this would be our last international trip because of my husband’s health. The travel specialist is very professional and really took care of our special needs for my 80-year-old husband's health situation.
We so enjoyed ourselves exploring the Andalusia area. Everything was so well planned: hotels, trains, private drivers, knowledgeable private guides, a winery visit, restaurant reservations, a guitar concert, and he was always available to help us. I would recommend this travel company to everyone. We have so many special memories that he helped us make. I look forward to returning to Spain someday!

This is a fantastic agency that will work with you on every detail of your customized trip, and they will make sure everything goes smoothly. They will check on you even during your travel. The guides and drivers during our Spain trip were awesome, and we had our five-year-old and two seniors traveling with us. Great restaurant and things-to-do recommendations. I highly recommend the Zicasso agency.

Our trip to northern Spain (Basque Country and Asturias) was a spectacular success, and our work with Zicasso’s travel specialist and the travel company were a huge part in making that a reality. The travel specialist was easy to work with, flexible, and efficient in the planning process. She did a wonderful job of listening and responding as we finalized our itinerary. She was also an awesome resource when we were in Spain, communicating with us proactively to check in and also responding promptly to any questions that arose.

Our trip exceeded our expectations! Zicasso’s travel agent really listened to what we were interested in seeing and doing. He put together a great itinerary, with a balance of guided/planned activities and unscheduled time because we like to explore on our own sometimes.
All of the hotels were beautiful, ideally located, and had attentive staff.
Whenever we had a question or concern before or during the trip, our travel specialist was very responsive and helpful. It was our first visit to Spain and thanks to the travel company, it was stress-free and wonderful. We highly recommend!
