As you land at Barcelona's International Airport, you will catch glimpses of the Mediterranean Sea. Soon, you will arrive in the downtown area, where you will have a guided city tour before dancing the night away during the annual Jazz Festival. On your second day in Barcelona, you will marvel at the whimsical architecture of Antoni Gaudi at La Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, and Casa Batllo. Later that afternoon, you will venture to the rolling plains of rural Catalonia to partake in a delightful wine tasting.
Over the next few days, you will break away from the non-stop action of Catalonia's capital city to appreciate the mesmerizing landscapes of Girona, Basque Country, and Valencia. In Girona, you will stroll through the downtown streets, where stoic examples of Moorish, Jewish, and Christian architecture converge. Our trip to northern Spain (Basque Country and Asturias) was a spectacular success, and our work with Zicasso’s travel specialist and the travel company were a huge part in making that a reality. The travel specialist was easy to work with, flexible, and efficient in the planning process. She did a wonderful job of listening and responding as we finalized our itinerary. She was also an awesome resource when we were in Spain, communicating with us proactively to check in and also responding promptly to any questions that arose.

My wife and I have been lucky enough to travel to many places around the world, but our April 2025 journey organized by Zicasso's tour company was easily one of the best. Our agent and her team thought of every detail. All we had to do was show up and enjoy these two beautiful countries!
We went to Four cities: Lisbon, Porto, San Sebastián, and Barcelona. The itineraries were thoughtfully planned to give us great experiences without wearing us out too much. And the guides in each city were fun, knowledgeable, and engaging. The transportation was always easy and on time, and the hotels were top-notch.

Our Zicasso travel specialist was phenomenal. She understood exactly how we travel and what we wanted to do, and planned a 12-day trip to Mallorca and San Sebastián that was better than we even imagined. She was always responsive before and throughout the trip. All of the tour guides and drivers were kind, knowledgeable, and timely. Our travel company delivers exceptional first-rate service and we would highly recommend them.

Zicasso's travel company did a wonderful job planning our trip. They were helpful and patient with me while planning our Spain trip. They truly listened to what we wanted in a trip and respected our budget.
All the tours we took were wonderful, with personable guides, and our drivers for transportation were also great. Everyone was on time, always. We had a flight delay leaving the US, resulting in missing an entire day in Barcelona. The agency could not have been better about getting transportation and tours moved, and making adjustments for us. We were still able to take all of our tours despite missing a day.
Also, while in Spain, our flight from San Sebastián to Madrid was canceled. The agency let us know right away and quickly made other arrangements. I could not have been happier with how they dealt with travel issues, especially when the issues we had were due to flights and not something they had booked for us. I was truly able to relax and have fun knowing that the agents at the travel company would handle any issues we faced.
I absolutely would recommend this company and happily use them again if I ever travel to areas they cover.
